We walked and walked, through the dense forest of our homeland until those forests split open to show a massive crater, the center a huge city and a huge pillar with what looks like giant chains keeping it up right
I starred in awe at the size of the crater and its city
"Cool isn't it?" Shadow said with a smile
All I could do is nod, still amazed
"Come on,going to take an hour to get there so lets get going"
I nodded again and began to walk

Andrew walked behind me as we slowly descended into the crater towards the city's gates
It took awhile but we eventually got there, the gates wide open for anyone to enter
The gate itself is huge, made out of metal and stone
Andrew looked up at it amazed
"So they built this giant wall and gate around the whole city?" He asked
"Yip" I replied as we walked in,the guards looking at us as we did
I'm not sure who they where more shocked to see
Andrew the last survivor of his race
Or me a sun walking void walker
That's a mouth full
Either way they where shocked
"Come,I know a place we can start at" I told Andrew,he nodded

This city is huge, hundreds upon hundreds of buildings spread out before you as you enter
Shops, inns, you name it and its here
But we're going to someone I know...someone who can help
I looked up at Andrew who would stop every now and then to look through the glass windows of the shops,or gaze at the monuments here
An adventurous look in his eyes

We kept walking through the crowded streets until we reached it..
They call it ash town, the part of the city that was burnt to the ground by riots when the city was first formed
Andrew stopped
"What is this place?"
I told him
"Why are we here?"
"There's someone here who can help us" I told him
"Who?"
"My grandfather..."
He nodded
"He lives there" I pointed at the one of the last standing buildings in the town
Its exterior burnt black, the walls and roof had giant holes in them where rubble had fell
We walked towards it,Andrew looking at all the rubble and ash around us
"Why didn't the rebuild?" He asked
I sighed
"I'm not entirely sure, but from what my mom told me,its because its meant as a reminder of the past"
