chapter 14: mars

He was terrified,such a thing reacting to someone as young and small as he,it was breathtaking
(You're breathtaking!..sorry)
The gigantic structure reacted to his every step,until he could basically touch it
And when he did small lines of light on the surface of the structure surrounded his palm
After a couple seconds,a sudden sound of rushing air could be heard when what looked like a door way appeared in front of him
I stepped forward to follow Andrew but a hand was placed on my shoulder
"We are not worthy"
I looked back at Andrew,as he looked back at me,scared
"I don't care,I'm going with him" I told the priest,expecting resistance but he did not,instead he looked at my face and smiled a bit
"I was wrong"
He let go of my shoulder as I rushed over to andrew
"So...we're going in there?" he asked,his voice shaking
All I did was nod
He sighed,and stepped into the doorway,inside the structure
I followed close behind
As soon as we entered,the door closed,and bright white light illuminated the area
I looked in awe at the construction
The outside was impressive,but within was for more so
A huge open space,some how with a sky and sun,grass and trees
Like a whole new world inside
But I began to cough
I-i can't breath!

"Foreign life form detected" a female voice boomed
Andrew looked at me with worry
"Shadow!whats wrong!?are you alright?"
H-he can breath
"Life form registered as friendly,dispatching drone"
Suddenly a felt something wrap around my face,and suddenly I could breath
I coughed and gasped
Andrew looked shocked
"I-im okay,what is this thing?" I asked him feeling it with my hands
It felt like metal but it was completely clear
"I-i don't know" Andrew said
"Welcome to the greenhouse zone aboard the M.S.S Mars,the flagship of the martian fleet,descendant and lifeform must report to the bridge" the loud voice said,and as it finished a line of light appeared on the ground
"This will guide you to the bridge"

I looked at Andrew confused,and he returned the look
He shrugged
"Guess we follow it" he said
We did,but as we walked we could see so many fascinating things that I couldn't describe
"Hay shadow...remember I told you about the story my mom told..?" he asked
I nodded
"About the green and red planet?"
He nodded
"Well...my mom told me once that actually had names,names that our ancestors had told throughout our history so we could remember them"
He said looking on
"What where they called?"
He looked at me
"The green and red planet,they where called earth...and mars"
