Chapter 6

Y/N pov

After Lukas and Matthias left, Emil and I were left alone to house sit till they came back. I looked down at my hands, fidgeting. I had to be honest, I felt embarrassed and took a deep breath. "Emil... I'm sorry for bringing you into this, I really didn't mean to disrupt your evening I should have just waited it out. I'm so sorry..." I said guilt evident in my voice.

I felt an arm lay gently on my shoulder and turned my attention to him. "Y/n, I don't think you waiting it out would have been good for you. You don't have to apologize for something you can't control, plus, it's not all bad. You are here to hang out and Matthias and Lukas are bringing pizza" he gave a soft smile, which caught onto me. "Thank you Emil, and with the thought of pizza I don't think anybody could stay upset" I gave him a quick hug and then stood up to stretch. Looking over my shoulder and saw the faintest blush and smiled.

Emil's pov

After y/n hugged me, I couldn't help the heat that made it's way to my cheeks; I was flustered. She got up and stretched and I made my way to the kitchen to get something to drink. "Y/n, do you want something to drink? Matthias brought some soda, juice, iced tea, and energy drinks" I asked looking in the fridge. Thag Dane outdid himself on the drinks again, I wonder what snacks he brought.

"I'll get some (insert preferred drink here)" y/n. I grabbed the (can/bottle) and tossed it to her getting myself a bottle of water. She caught it swiftly and opened hers.

It was nice having y/n here, getting to know her wasn't bad at all. I wonder how her and Lukas becane friends, they're not really alike. How were they even best friends? And how was she able to make him smile!?

I looked over to her and she was walking around looking at my family portraits on the walls, some with our parents, some of our parents on their wedding day, Lukas and I first day of schools photos. She stopped at the most recent one where we were dressed in sailor suits. I remember that day clearly, mom forced us to dress in them or she was cutting the wifi for a month as well as our phones. Y/n seemed to smile and giggle as she pointed at it.

"Oh wow! I never expected Lukas to even willingly dress like that!" She smiled, I sigher walking up to her. "My mom forced us to do that photoshoot or she would cut off our phones and wifi, dad didn't help us and just laughed the whole time we took them." I turn to y/n, she looked genuinely amused "you and Lukas are so lucky to have parents always spending time with you guys." I smiled lightly, "yeah I guess your right."

Suddenly we heard the doorknob turn and the door open revealing an over excited Dane and an unamused Lukas. "Pizza has arrived!" Matthias shouted putting the pizza on the counter. Lukas closed the door and took out some plates and handed us them "Matthias shut up you stupid fried nut" Mattias lightly glared at Lukas only to receive a much more intense one from the blond male.

Y/n was stiffling a laugh while I rolled my eyes getting a slice. "Lukas the pizza will get cold if you keep glaring at Matthias instead of eating" listening to what I said, Lukas grabbed his slice and then sat on the couch.

Once everyone was seated we all began to eat till my questions from earlier came up and I broke the comfortable silence. "Not to be rude or anything, actually I don't care. Y/n. Lukas. How are you even friends!? You are almost nothing alike!" I yelled frantically. "And y/n! How are you able to make him smile!?"

Laughter. That's all that came out of Lukas and y/n. Lukas was laughing. How? And why was he laughing!?

Herro! Author here, just call me Sam. Or god, we're basically the same level of amazing. Anywho, I did two updates today! Yaaaaay uploading this I have already started school. I is a senior in high school now so everything is a lot easier. For now at least. Anyhow, enjoy this treat my little honeybunches of goats.
