Lukas' pov
When we got to the library I had tried my best to calm down and reason with my options. I snapped out of my thoughts as soon as I saw Emil make his way to the front door.
"Emil what are you doing?" I asked but he wasn't listening and attempted to open the door but the door was jammed shut. This only seemed to anger Emil as he began to violently hit the door and attempt to break it down.
"Icey calm down! We need to wait for the police!"
Emil shakes his head and I run over to him. I grabbed his arm and turnwd hin around and was met with a tearful face. "E-Emil..." was all I could say.
"I can't just wait! I don't know if she's ok or not! God knows what he's done to y/n! How dare you tell me to wait!? Do you not care if your friend is ok!?" I was taken aback by how scared he was.
Emil was probably more worried than I was. It was his girlfriend in there and I was too focused on my own feelings to acknowledge Emil's.
"Emil I know you're scared but if you really do care about y/n, you need to calm down. If you barge in there you might be putting her safety more at risk." I grabbed hold of his shoulders to make him calm down and look at me.
His breathing slowed down but he was still upset. "What if he hurts her Lukas? What if he already did? He's not even asking for a ransom we don't know what he wants."
He had a point. We were going into this blindly. All I knew was that David was obsessed but we didn't know what he had planned or his intentions.
"We need to make a plan. And I think I might have one" both our heads turned towards Matthias who just spoke after a while.
"It's a little risky but trust me on this"
"Matthias we aren't barging in with bazookas or anything so do-"
"No I'm serious Lukas. I have a genuine plan that might help. The question is, how crazy are you to save y/n?"
