Chapter 16

Y/n pov

Once Emil has left, it was just me left alone in the house. Again. At least this time my parents are only going to be gone for 2 days.

Dropping off my keys in the bowl by the door I make my way to the kitchen. Yay for leftover pasta. After heating up the food I sat alone at the dining table and sighed. I wish my parents were around more, I could ask my mom for advice on my social life, maybe if I was able to talk  her about David we wouldn't have to be dealing with this?

No y/n, no bad thoughts, I need to calm down and then I can do my homework. Ugggh I hate math. Who was the asshole who decided to put letters in math and then add imaginary numbers? This is ludicrous.

The house felt empty and I wished Emil were here. "Maybe I can call him and say I need help with my homework?" I grabbed my phone and called him.

"Y/n? What happened are you ok?"

"Yeah I'm fine Em, I was just calling because I need help with my homework"

"Of course, what problem is it?"

Emil's pov

I had just gotten back home and was surprised to see Matthias still here, "welcome back Emil!" Said the loud Dane causing Lukas to sigh and push him away.

"You're too loud Matt, and welcome back little brother, mother's home." He said ruffling my hair.

I nodded and made my way to the kitchen to get something to drink "that explains why the Dane decided to stay, I guess that makes sense" after I grabbed a glass of water I headed upstairs to Lukas' room. Maybe they're doing something that isn't boring.

Knocking on the door I wait for Lukas to open it only to see the Dane, "why do I have the curse of seeing your face when the door opens?" I say pushing past the bafoon that gasped in offence.

"Rude! I would consider it a blessing to have this SEXY face be the thing that greets me!" He said emphasizing the word sexy and motioning to his face.

I rolled my eyes and lied down on top of Lukas back while he flipped through the pages of his book.

"You're so light little brother; I'm sure if you don't eat more y/n might get worried. You wouldn't want her to worry right little brother?" He asked suggestively.

Oh no.

I could feel my face burning up and I racked through my brain for words. Words. How does one speak again?

"I- H- wh-" was all I could manage. And I kid you not I felt like the biggest idiot, next to the Dane of course.

"Ohhhh! Emil has a giiiiiirlfriiiieeeeend!" Matthias shouted loudly causing my to sit up and throw a pillow at his face. The taunting wasn't helping my face to calm down.

Matthias tumbled a bit before laughing at my attempts to stop the teasing.

"We're just messing with you Emil, but we already know about you two" Lukas said bluntly.

"What- but- how?"

"Simple, I've known you since you were born and I've known y/n for a good 4 years. Based off my knowledge on you two, neither of you can act to save your lives." Lukas gave the faintest of smirks while saying this.

"You two are assholes I'm-" just then I was cut off by my phone ringing. Looking at the screen I see a special name pop up.

"I bet that's her huh~" Matthias came up behind me and starts poking my cheek, I can just hear the smirl behind his words.

"Mattias fuck off" I push him off me and answer the call.

"Hello?"
