The elevator opened to reveal the ninja walking in. Scarlett turned around and smiled at them. "Hey, guys!"

"Huh, Nya was right. How's that blueprint going?" Cole asked her.

"It's going well," Mr. Borg answered, appearing before the boys.

"Oh my gosh... are you... are you...?" Jay couldn't contain his excitement.

"Cyrus Borg? Yes, unfortunately... when my parents gave me a name like that, well, my future in technology was... predetermined."

With his artificial legs, he walked over to the ninja. "However, I did expect ninja to sneak in the window, not use the elevator."

The boys were surprised at seeing this. Zane even dropped the small vase he held.

"Ah, yes. These, sadly, I've been disabled all my life. But it's nothing my mind couldn't fix!" He then went to Zane. "Speaking of which, my deepest condolences, Zane. I heard about your father. He was a brilliant mind, he would've fit right in!"

"Thank you." Zane looked down. "But loss is inevitable."

"Today, maybe. But not tomorrow! Technology, making the impossible possible. The only limit to our potential is that which we don't dream." Borg smiled.

"Hey, did you guys see PIXAL?" Scarlett asked, looking back from her typing on the computer.

"Oh, we saw her alright." Jay smirked, looking toward Zane. "I think she had the hots for our friend here."

"That's cute." Scarlett grinned upon seeing Zane turn away with a small smile. "And now we wait for Cole to find someone."

"Very funny." The earth ninja rolled his eyes.

Kai looked around, thinking. "Isn't this the same place the Overlord was destroyed? Who dreamed up the idea of building a corporate headquarters here?"

Borg looked down and frowned for a second, thinking of something to say. He then faced Kai and smiled. "Ah, what better way to send a message to evil that we won't cower to anyone!

"I see, or better yet... I don't see the Golden Ninja." Borg looked at the group.

"He has his hands full," Cole explained. "We can tell him to stop by when we see him—"

"No, no," Borg stopped him. "I'm glad it's just you four. I wanted to give you a gift." He looked over to Scarlett, who wasn't paying attention to a word he was saying, only to the computer in front of her.

"A gift? Won't say no to that! It wouldn't happen to be cake, would it?" Cole questioned, quite hopeful.

Borg then lifted a green cloth, revealing a golden statue. It spoke, "The future is what we make it!"

     The boys looked somewhat disappointed.

"Huh, so... no cake." Cole refrained himself from frowning.

"Oh, wow..." Kai had to pretend to be amazed. "A statue... of yourself."

Jay was very excited. "I know! How cool is that?"

Borg then snuck toward Kai, leaning down to whisper in his ear. "Please, protect them with your life. All of Ninjago depends on it."

"Protect... protect what?" Kai asked in the same tone.
