*Scarlett's POV*

Jay stared out the small window, looking at the entirety of the world beyond earth.

Cole and Zane were floating about, kind of out of boredom. Lloyd, however, had no idea where he was going and always hit something inside the ship.

I, meanwhile, was having a blast on Kai's back. I hung onto his shoulders while we were floating. Every time he'd flip by accident felt like a rollercoaster to me.

Jay held his hands behind his head. "Is this the greatest thing ever or what?"

"Where are you? We're trapped in space and you... where did you go?" Kai questioned. "Humoring my girlfriend is one thing, but you act like you'd be okay in this situation forever!"

"Aw, I get the special treatment?" I grinned, patting Kai's head. I quickly returned my arm to his shoulder as he flipped over.

"Guys, we're in space! I thought this is stuff only Fritz Donnegan gets to enjoy!" Jay's grin never faltered.

"Fritz is from a comic book, dude!" Lloyd told him. "This is real!"

"Well, you got me hooked on the character. Would you lighten up and not step on my dreams of being a Starfarer just yet?"

"We have to find a way to take control of the ship. If they get the Golden Weapons back to the Overlord, Ninjago doesn't stand much of a chance!" Lloyd was then hit by Kai, technically by me too, and cried as he flew over.

"But there's no access to the rest of the ship." Kai rubbed his head. "The only way out is through the same air lock we came in."

"And if my memory banks serve correct, space has a way of taking one's breath away," Zane said. "In the negative sense..."

"Hey, guys?" I looked at the boys, a yawn escaping me. "Is the Overlord still after me?"

"Since he doesn't need Lloyd's Golden Power, it's yours he now wants," Cole told me. "Ninjago's savior and Loverboy over here thought space was a good idea to keep you away from him."

"So we're in space, huh?" I sighed, leaning my head on Kai's shoulder. "Fun..."

"Uh, you okay?" Kai turned his head, looking at me. "You're not still mad at me, are you?"

"I'm perfectly fine." I, in reality was not fine. I felt delusional and tired of all this. We were in space—I truly had seen it all. "Why would I be mad? I'm totally over the whole flirting-with-another-girl thing."

"Okay, she's gone insane," Cole concluded.

"That's smooth, Kai." Jay rolled his eyes. "Aren't you the least bit afraid Red will hurt you?"

"What? Pfft." Kai waved him off. "Nah, Red and I are friends. He won't lay a finger on me."

I grinned, poking Kai in the cheek. "My brother's strong, you know... don't make him mad! His magic can break you in a second... or his fists, I guess."

Kai said he was humoring me, and I think he was doing it again. "Then I'll make sure I don't get on his bad side."

"Okay, they're both kind of scaring me," Lloyd said, far away from all of us.

Zane broke all games off when he stared at the screen. "Enjoy being Fritz Donnegan while you can, Jay. Because in five minutes, the entire ship is scheduled to lighten up. The supplemental boosters are set to detach."
