   *Scarlett's POV*

Lloyd, Garmadon, and I stopped by a small waterfall with gorgeous purple leaves and different types of flowers around it.

"The jewel of the labyrinth," Garmadon said in awe.

"It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen..." Lloyd smiled at the sight.

"Absolutely gorgeous..." I agreed. I bent down to pick up one of the flowers. I wasn't usually this fond of nature, but something about the aura attracted me to it.

Garmadon stepped next to his son. "Yes... beauty can be born even in darkness."

I put the flower in my hair and smiled to the two. "This flower's really pretty. Sensei, how did you know about such a stunning area?"

"You forget who my wife is." Garmadon chuckled. "Misako knows many, many legends and prophecies. I've learned a few from her."

I'd love to be in this area. My brain just felt so relaxed, with the waterfall and the flowers...

But my shoulders were tense, as I remembered we were in hiding from the Overlord.

"I really wish we weren't in hiding..." I held my arm, holding back a frown. I didn't want to be the bringer of a bad mood.

But something else made us all jump in surprise.

It was the whirr of a vehicle, and Garmadon knew what it was.

"They found you. You two must leave, go!" When Lloyd and I didn't do anything, he snapped. "I said leave!"

Lloyd and I ran away right as someone came in on the vehicle. It looked like Wu, but he had a black beard.

Just like Jay said, I told myself.

"Come on," Lloyd whispered as he grabbed my hand, dragging me behind the large tree. I didn't hesitate to follow.

The two sensei clashed staffs. Garmadon stopped him from getting near either of us. "Why must we always be on opposite sides, Brother? I made an oath not to fight, but I will still defeat you."

Garmadon wasn't doing much fighting, more dodging Wu's attacks. Because of his oath, he couldn't really hit anyone, let alone his own brother.

"Scarlett," Lloyd called me. "Climb the tree!"

The two of us did that, and when we made it to the top, we were seen by nindroids. I gasped, but Lloyd only smirked.

He formed his energy power with complaints from his father. "No, trust in the balance!"

But Lloyd had made his motorcycle, similar to mine, anyway. "What are you waiting for?"

"R- Right!" I did the same thing he did, forming my motorcycle with my powers. Soon, we raised our masks to our noses, sat atop our vehicles and rode into the jungle past our two sensei.

The nindroids followed us on their jets, keeping hot on our tail. I stayed as close to Lloyd as possible without hitting his bike.

"Lloyd, look out!" I shouted as two nindroids were gaining on him. He swerved to the right, knocking them away.

"There are more behind us!" he said.

I pressed the button on my bike, missiles shooting at them. I turned just to see three more nindroids collide with the missiles.
