~One Month Later~
*It's been a month, and you've been at Matt's the entire time. You and your dad set things right, and your mom makes sure he has no access to alcohol. All your bruises and cuts are gone, and you're perfectly fine.*
*Right now, you're getting ready for the mall. Matt insisted on taking you. You dress in a flowy white dress, and white high heels. You curl your hair to perfection. You put on an infinity bracelet, a matching anklet, and infinity sign earrings. For your makeup, you simply curl your lashes, apply a bit of mascara, and a little lipgloss. You're finally done, so you walk downstairs. When Matt sees you, he catches his breath and his eyes practically pop out of their sockets. You giggle.*
Y/N: Take a picture, it'll last longer.
Matt: Sorry, you just... you look perfect.
Y/N: *You smile* Thanks, babe. But, you're just used to me looking crappy everyday that-
Matt: Nope, nope, stop right there. You always look perfect, no matter what. You should know by now, I tell you everyday. Now, come on.
*He grabs your hand and y'all walk out. You both get in his car and he drives off.*
Y/N: You know... You don't have to spend your money on me. You don't have to do this.
Matt: Actually, yes I do. It's my job as a good boyfriend to get you everything you want. Plus, it's your birthday tomorrow. And I just got paid.
Y/N: *You shake your head and smile* I can't wait to tell everybody.
Matt: *He smiles* Neither can I.
*When y'all arrive at the mall, y'all get out and shop for 2-3 hours. It was cute, because if you even looked at something for more than five seconds, Matt made sure he got it. Finally, you were ready to go.*
Y/N: Okay, I'm ready to go.
Matt: Alright, but before we leave, I wanna buy you something.
*You nod and he leads you to a jewelry store. He sets all the shopping bags that he wouldn't let you hold for anything down.*
Matt: Okay, stand out here, I'll be right back.
*You nod, and he walks inside. Two minutes later, he walks back out and smiles at you.*
Y/N: What is it?
Matt: Okay, so, when I first saw it, I wanted to get it for you and give it to you tomorrow. But, I know you'd love it, and I decided to give it to you now. So, here is your early birthday present.
*His hand was behind his back, but then he moves it. You catch your breath. It's a beautiful golden necklace that says 'Je T'aime'.*
Y/N: Je t'aime... I love you.
*Matt smiles and nods. He walks behind you and,puts it on you. You smile and turn towards him. Since you're wearing high heels, you don't need to get on your tippy toes, but you still have to tilt your head up a little. You kiss him.*
Y/N: Merci, Matt. Je t'aime.
*Yeah, you know some French.*
Matt: *He giggles* You're welcome, princess. And I love you too.
