The next morning Calum’s snoring woke me up, I hate snoring. I groaned and rolled over picking up my pillow and burying my head under it trying to silence the noise, Calum only snores this bad when he is sick which means I’ll probably get sick soon. Great.

“Is anyone awake in this house?” Luke whispered opening my door slightly peering into the room.

“Oh good morning Raven” he said in his normal cheery voice which is starting to annoy me, I see where Calum is coming from now. I groaned in response and chucked my pillow at his head which made him mutter something before walking in and pressing something on his phone that let out a loud string of beeps.

“What the Fu-“ Calum yelled startled and fell off the bed making me laugh as I covered my ears.

“It’s time to wake up! Just because we’re on holidays doesn’t mean we don’t wake up at a reasonable time every morning” He said turning it off and smiling down at us like last nights events didn’t happen.

“Piss off Hemmings” I said laying down and rolling over so he was facing my back.

“Yeah Hemmings. Piss off” Calum agreed picking himself off the ground and sliding back under the sheets, Luke sighed and left us closing the door behind him.

“When were you and Lucas on a second name basis? That’s me and his thing” said Calum poking my cheek.

“Since last night, and stop flirting with me” I said smiling, I moved closer to him and rested my head on his shoulder and my hand on his chest.

“If anyone’s being flirty it’s you, I seem to remember you all over me last night at the rave” he said a smirk on his lips.

“You pulled me to you and you started it” I argued smirking back, he just sighed and shook his head.

We stayed like that for a good ten minutes until Michael came in and interrupted out silence with his morning singing, this morning it was Back In Black by ACDC and it wasn’t normal shower singing it was running into our room with a guitar hero guitar jumping and singing on our bed until we got up.

“Okay, okay” Calum chuckled pushing Michael away so we could get up, Calum was the first to exit the warmth of the bed and walk out of my room to get some clothes. Then sadly I too left my bed and walked down the hallway to the bathroom where I had a LONG shower then wrapped a towel around my hair and waist walking back to my room to get changed.

I got dressed into a skirt and crop top with some converses, I don’t plan on staying in this house with Luke around seeing he is a really big dick and I just want to rip his head off.

“Raven come down here please?” Called Luke from down stairs, I sighed and put my hair in a high pony tail and walked down the stairs to find him and the boys on the couch all looking at me.

“Is this an intervention?” I asked with a slight laugh, they all smiled and shook their heads.

“So we’ve thought about your birthday” Michael started and I cut him off.

“How do you know my birthday? I never told you?! I don’t want anything don’t get me anything” I said raising my hands up, My Birthday sadly landed on Christmas eve so I would always get a really big gift for my birthday and Christmas instead of two normal gifts.

“Well too bad we each got you something and we may of gotten it last night maybe not” Michael smiled.

“Me and Luke want to go first” Michael announced smiling wildly and standing up walking over to the bookshelf in the far corner.

“Guys my birthday isn’t for another few days! Why are you giving me this now?!” I exclaimed my voice breaking for some odd reason.

“Shut up Raven and accept our god damn gifts” Calum spoke from next to Luke, I rolled my eyes and Michael walked back holding a pair of keys in his hands.

“Before you get excited, it’s old and blue okay so yeah” Michael said dumping them in my hands.

“You bought me a car?!” I shouted covering my mouth hiding my smile, Luke nodded and smiled from his spot then pointed to the window. I ran over and looked out to see a blue Suzuki Swift in the spare parking spot next to Lukes car.

“Oh my god” I whispered smiling, I turned and gave Michael and hug and then walked over to Luke and gave him a smile and a small awkward hug that only lasted 1 second.

“I’m going next” announced Ashton appearing from the end of the steps with a phone in his hands, he was looking straight ahead as usual with his CSI sunglasses on and his Pj bottoms and a singlet, he handed the phone to me and I pressed it to my ear.

“Hello?” I asked

“Hello is this Raven?” the woman on the other end asked.

“Uh yes it is” I confirmed

“Oh this is Rosey from Chocolatte Coffee Shop we’re just calling to confirm your position on our team of workers, are you good to start in the new year?” she asked, I was speechless.. Ashton got me a job, he got me a fucking job!

“Yes, yes I can start then I can start whenever” said excitedly making her laugh.

“Lovely see you then love, bye” and with that she hung up.

“You got me a job?!” I shouted wrapping my arms around him pulling him close tears prickling my eyes.

“You always complained about not getting one so I got Calum to call them for me and I set everything up” he explained, I smiled and turned to Calum.

“You helped?” I asked and he nodded like it was nothing.

“Thanks” I said

“Here, I got you this too” Calum said standing up and presenting a small silver chain with a heart pendent with small diamonds in it, I turned around and let him put it on me.

“It’s lovely” I said smiling, he nodded and went back to his spot on the couch not really saying anything else.
