26. You WILLROLAND be found

Y/n's p.o.v.:

I had spent the entire day trying to figure out how I would be able to get Evan to tell me what happened.

Had I been so naive throughout our entire friendship to not even know when he was going through major some major shit?

Just the thought made me feel terrible.

"Evan?" I yelled out once again. I remembered that he told me he liked to go to the park after school and sit down under the trees.

I heard a soft sob from my left and saw a large tree he was definitely hiding there.

"Boo!" I yelled and jumped but he wasn't sitting there next to the trunk. I kept hearing the sobs and looked around the other trees but I couldn't find him.

Suddenly I felt a drop of water hit my nose.

But the sun is out. I thought as I touched the tip of my nose and felt the water droplet.

I looked up and saw Evan looking down at me with red puffed up eyes.

"Eva-"

"Tell me is Connor really dead?!"

"What are you talking about Evan?"

"Did he really die because of me?"

"Wait what? Evan come down here and we can talk about it together, remember I'm your friend." I said calmly.

"I didn't want him to die I just wanted to say hi, and then maybe go on a date or two-" Evan cut himself midway before he contiued to talk.

It was as if he was talking to himself.

"NO! It wasn't my fault I promise I loved Connor- I still do!"

Then he feel.

"EVAN!!" I screamed as he feel with a loud thud.

"You're going to be okay I promise."

"Y/n..."

Evan's p.o.v.:

I woke up to people yelling and crying.

The room was cream colored and oddly familiar.

"He'll be okay just give him this to drink, trust me." I heard a familiar voice say followed by a woman yelling frantically about not knowing what was real anymore.

"Hey I think he's awake."

"Y/n!" I yelled and tried getting up I needed to hug her.

"Evan calm down you need to sit your not well."

"I don't care, thank you for not leaving me." I answeted and hugged her tightly.

"That's enough." Jared said angrily as he took y/n and wrapped her hand around his making y/n blush lile crazy.

"Jared is right here drink this mountain dew red." George commanded with a worried expression.

"Will he be alright?" My mother began to ask.

I felt like a jerk now that I saw how worried she felt.

And the worst part was that Jayden comforted her, after tellig her all of these awful things she still came to check up on me.

Jared did as well, but something told me he was forced to come by Jayden and Y/n.

"Lets go find the nurse Heidi." George told my mother, which left me alone with Jayden, Jared and y/n.

"So..." Y/n whispered awkwardly.

Jayden held her hands together as she looked down on the floor and Jared had his arms crossed.

"Guys I'm sorry for everything I did and said it wasn't me, it wasn't the real me-"

"No we're the ones that should be sorry. Hey! Don't stand you'll get hurt." Jayden said rapidly as I made my way to her and hugged her tightly.

"I'm sorry for everything you deserve Zoe. Zoe should be happy, I was just grasping onto Connors memory and got Zoe emotionally hurt... Is she mad at me?"

"Oh Evan don't worry. I talked to her she's still upset but shes not mad. I hope one day you guys can make ammends." Jayden answered and hugged me tighter.

I heard Jared cough and we both turned to face him.

"Look, I'm still mad at you but for now I'm willing to leave that aside and make sure your okay." Jared said.

"We know about the squip, my dad took action and you drank some earlier on our way to the hospital. He's been through stuff like this before, but he doesn't like to talk about it. It's all 'in the past' according to him." Y/n chimed in.

"Just please sit down for now and if their's anything we can do for you tell us." Jayden said and took me to the hospital bed.

Terrible memories of my attempted suicide began to emerge and I felt a panick coming, but for some reason it doesn't come.

I guess it's because for once I felt as if I had people who cared for me at my side.

Y/n's p.o.v.:

After Evan fell I didn't know what to do. I didn't know Evan's mother's phone number and my mother would panick instead of help, so I called Jayden and her father.

Once I finished the call  I tried lifting Evan up but I couldn't and that's when I found Jared and called him to help me out.

We managed to get him close to the curb where Jayden's dad was parked and helped us get him inside so that we could take him to the hospital.

But no one knew that Evan cried on my shoulder for a bit.

He was so upset with himself and all he wanted was for us to forgive him

I told this to Jayden and Jared and they both agreed to forgive Evan, whether it was sooner or later was up to them.

I have so many ideas that I've collected after reading this book once again.

I'm so excited! :D
