I took Grells hand and waited for my dad to react. "So this is because of the reaper" my father asked, "yes" I confirmed. "Wait here" he said and left the mansion "do you think he's..." I asked "yes, we should keep your lord safe" Grell spoke leading me up the steps and to the office. I knocked on the door waiting for a reply "Come in" I heard and walked in. "Hello young lord" I bowed "what is a reaper doing here?" He asked watching Grell. "My father has gone to take care of some business so I am making sure it does not harm you" I said "you didn't answer my question" he stated. "She is my mother" I sighed watching his features change from confusion to disgust. "Before you say anything I do not have any reaper power in me, and yes that does mean I'm a hybrid which is not allowed" I stated and bowed once more.
"Very well, I see" he said rubbing his temples. "Does this mean if William finds out you will be killed?" He asked "I assume yes, if not I would be locked up or used as a weapon" I said glancing at Grell as she nodded. "My next question is where have you been living?" He said looking back at his paper. "With undertaker, he has been watching over me" I said "go get me tea" he ordered, I nodded and left the office and walked to the kitchen.
I made his tea and went back to the office without nocking I walked in and set down his tea. "Here you go young lord" I said. I sat down next to Grell and closed my eyes feeling exhausted. "Dear are you all right?" Grell asked "fine just sleepy. I stood up and left the office with Grell following. "What's taking so long?" I asked "he should be back by now" I said paving back and forth. "He's fighting a reaper it won't be as fast as fighting a human or angel" Grell said feeling proud. "Your proud that he's still fighting a reaper who could maybe kill my father or YOUR BASSY" I glared raising my voice at the end. "Dear, I'm proud that we reapers stand a chance against demons. Not that he could die by one" Grells voice had gone cold but softer.
I sat on the rail and looked out one of the windows "all we can do is wait and see" I sighed wishing non of this happened.
