Chapter Fifteen

Lynn's POV

I walked into Blair's room, my eyes immediately searching for hers. When our eyes met, we both smiled. I ran over to her bed and carefully hugged her. She didn't even know how happy I was that I could still do that.

Brian, Alex and Justin came in behind me, waiting at the door. Brian was shuffling around on his feet a little as Alex and Justin were watching me and Blair.

"I'm so glad you're still alive." I whispered as I hugged Blair again.

"I'm glad I'm still alive too." Blair mumbled, trying to hold back her tears.

We let each other go and Brian, Justin and Alex asked me if they could talk to Blair alone. I sighed but eventually nodded.

I left the room and stood right by the door, biting my nails. It was something I did when I was nervous aside from my nose twitch. A lot of people would give me nasty looks because they think it's disgusting to bite your nails and I have to say, it is. I just can't control it and I honestly don't mind so I don't do anything about it.

I heard my name being called from in the room and I immediately pushed the door open and ran in.

Blair laughed. "Relax. I just called your name because you could come back."

I rolled my eyes and walked over to Blair's bed, letting myself fall in the chair next to her.

"So, are you guys good or not?" I asked, looking from Blair to the boys and back.

Blair nodded and smiled a little. "Yeah, we're gonna kick the boss his ass."

"I'm still mad at you guys but less because she's alive." I said, taking Blair's hand and smiling at her.

"Thank you, Lynn. Really. We should go now though. See you later." Brian said. We all waved at each other and the boys exited the room.

Blair looked at me and sniffed. "Uh, you stink."

I laughed. "Thank you."

My stomach made a really loud rumbling noise which made us both laugh.

"Go get some food in the cafeteria. I'll be okay."

I nodded and kissed Blair's forehead before walking out of the room and closing the door behind me. I made my way over to the cafeteria downstairs and as I was eating I saw a weird guy looking around like he was searching for someone.

He was dressed in a black suit with a white shirt underneath and he had sunglasses on. If someone wears sunglasses inside, they're up to something.

The guy's eyes found mine and held my stare for a few seconds before looking away and walking out.

I quickly finished my food and darted after him. I just saw him round the corner of a hallway and walked after him.

I honestly didn't know why I was following this guy but he seemed bad news and I had to make sure nothing would happen to Blair.

He walked into another hallway and when I came around the corner he was gone. Where did he go?

I frowned and looked around, clearly confused.

"What the hell..." I mumbled to myself.

I thought about Blair and how I should go back to her room but than I realized this was the hallway she was in.

I started running through the very long hallway to the back where Blair's room was.

That's when I heard a loud noise and someone scream. Machines started beeping in one of the rooms and doctors and nurses came rushing in the hallway.

I stopped running and watched the doctors. No, they weren't running to her room. No. She's fine.

My heart started beating faster as they kept running towards the end of the hallway. They stopped at the last room and burst through the door.

Tears already stung my eyes and I started running once again.

When I reached the door, I saw Blair through a crack in the door.

Doctors surrounded her. There was a lot of blood. I felt like I was going to be sick and stumbled backwards until my back hit the wall.

After a few seconds I realized what was going on and ran into the room.

Two nurses were by my side immediately. They pushed me back while I screamed for Blair. Her eyes were closed and she wasn't moving.

I started becoming dizzy. That's when everything went black.

Hey guys. I hope you enjoyed this chapter! I think there are gonna be a few more chapter and than I'm going to end this book. Like always, I have great ideas for stories but than I just end up being disappointed. What do you think will happen to Blair?
