[17] BETTER THAN PARTY

ALEXA'S POV:

"Tell me where are we going again?" Dibby grumbled while rubbing her hands up ad down her arms.

We are now currently walking outside and it's very cold now.

"Shh. Just follow me." Stone said and fasten his pace. Then, he abruptly stopped and extended his arms. "We're here!"

"A shop?"

"What are we doing here?"

He grinned evilly. "Something that might or might not be more fun than that shitty party."

We went inside and walked around. "So....What are we buying?" I asked looking at Stone who still have that grin on his face.

We walked for a bit, following Stone like lost puppies. "We're buying these." Stone claimed pointing at a bunch of water guns, balloons, goggles and other things that you use to play with water. The sight make me grin. "I think I know where this is going."

We bought a lot of stuffs and paid for it.

"Where are we taking these?"

"Do you guys know where the beach is?" Stone asked my friends. You know, since we just moved here, we have no idea of this place. Mary nodded pointing to her left.

"It's about 30 minutes walk from here. 15 with a car."

"Perfect."

"Wait, I'm not going to walk for 30 freaking minutes with these things in my arms. Hell naw." I groaned holding the guns up.

The others nodded. "Relax. Let's just walk back to the party, grab our rides and drive to the beach. Easy, right?"

"But, I went to the party with Dibby. And we went there with her brother's car." Lily said and Dibby hummed in response.

"And my father sent me to the party."

"Well, how about this, Lily, Dibby and Mary go there with Dibby's brother's car. And me, Stone and Al ride our bikes. You can invite your brother too Dibby, we have a lot of guns here." Hunter finished. We nodded and went our ways.

It was about 25 minutes,we all arrived at the beach. David, Dibby's brother agreed to come with us since he doesn't even want to go to the party in the first place.

We layed our weapons on the sand. "Now,what?" David asked. Turns out he is actually friends with Stone despite how different they are.

"How about guys vs girls?"

"Hell yeah." I smirked at them.

The girls looked at me wide eyed. "What? Alexa they are boys and we're just girls!"

"So, what? There are only three of them and two of them are complete idiots so we'll be fine, trust me." They sighed and nodded.

Hunter held his hand up in the air. "Ready? One, two,THREE!"

We run forward attacking the guys with water guns.

"I need to fill my gun!"

"Cover for me!"

"Heelp!! I just got shot!"

"Where are the medics?!"

There area few more cuss words by the guys followed by the screechings of the girls until we all stopped and watched as Stone layed on the sand with his hands held out.

"H-help." He chocked. Hunter and David ran to either side of him and held his hands, playing along.

"No, lil' bro,no. Stay with me,please!"

"Buddy you promised me to play video games together! Please don't leave me."

'Wow, they got along really well.'

I held out my gun, my hands shaking.

"I'm sorry, guys. But you're going to end up just like him. GIRLS, NOW!"

We shoot them. They let out a fake scream.

"AAHHHHH!!"

"AT LEAST WE DIED TOGETHER!!"

Then, they're out.

I high fived the girls with broad smile on my face. But it suddenly turned into the look of horror as the guys got up and ran towards us.

"RUUNN!"

We run around avoiding the guys.

David got Mary, Stone got to Dibby and Hunter got Lily. They carried them to the shore and started counting. In the blink of an eye, the girls are now in the water. I laughed as they screamed.

They noticed my laugh and glared at me. The guys had evil smiles on their faces and started walking into my direction.

"Oh o-oo."

I turned and started running for my life.

"HOW CAN YOU RUN SO FAST!"

"STONE GET TO HER RIGHT SIDE!"

"AAAAHHH!"

After about 5 minutes they finally caught me after Stone had managed to tripped me.

"I SWEAR TO GOD! IF YOU THROW ME IN THE WATER I'LL— " I stopped by the water that filled my mouth. I swam upward and finally get to breath the fresh air. I looked around me. The girls are already outside and the guys were laughing their ass off.

They're gonna regret it.

I swam behind them making sure they don't notice me. Slowly, I crept behind them.

"Hi guys."An evil smirk on my face making them stopped laughing and turned to me.

"WHAT THE—AAAAAHH!!"

Aaaand they are now soaked. I laughed at them and quickly ran to my friends.

"That was good,Alexa!"

"You killed it!"

"Thank you so much!"

I grinned as the girls shower me with a bunch more thank yous.

The guys made it to the shore and we now we were walking along it, enjoying the calm breeze.

"You were right, this is more fun than the party."
