ALEXA'S POV:

So, when I say I'd train Dibby, doesn't mean I know everything about cheerleading. In the matter of fact, I know nothing.

So here we are, sitting against the wall with our knees up. Dibby's phone in between us while we're googling on the basic steps of cheerleading. We just finished warming up.

"Okay, so what you have to do is just the basic motions, basic jumps, basic tumbling and basic stunts. All basics. This is going to be easy." I said as I skimmed over the small writing on the screen and across the pictures of the moves.

Dibby looked up. "Are you sure?"

"Yup. Though I must admit that I've never did some of the moves but I think we can figure it out together."

And that's how we end up doing the moves over and over again, occasionally stopping to look through the phone again to make sure we're doing it right.

It's actually pretty easy for me probably because of my martial arts skills and I would sometimes do half of the things on the screen as my training. But, I couldn't say the same with Dibby. She seems to be struggling a bit. Especially the moves that needs to use the flexibility of her body. Not just that, she also have weak arms that makes her hard to do a little cartwheel or something similar to it.

"Do it again."

"No, you shouldn't put your hands like that or you'll break it."

"Again."

She eventually gives up and lays on the soft mat with her hands and legs spread apart, panting slightly.

"That was so hard. I'll never make it in the team." She groaned, putting her face in her hands.

"Oh come on. Don't be like that. You know what, let's just take a 5 minutes rest, then I'll teach you how I always work out."

She nodded and we sat on the bench drinking some of the water we bought along with us.

Then, we got up. I stands in front of her, hands on my waist.

"Okay, I think we should start from scratch. For now, we work on your stamina first. Get down and do 20 push ups."

Her eyes widened. "20?!"

I nodded with a stern face.

"You're considered lucky. It should've be at least 50 but I decided to just go easy. Now do it."

She got down and did what I said. Then, I continued telling to do other stuffs that I knew would enhance her stamina.

While she is doing it, I did my own work out. Which is 70 push ups, 70 sit ups and 70 squats. Then, I walked towards the treadmill and starts running on it with earphones in my ears. After reaching about 10 miles, I pressed on the stop button and takes a deep breath before slowly exhaling it with my eyes closed.

I then sits down beside Dibby who's gawking at me like an idiot. I rolled my eyes and puts my pointer finger under her chin, slowly pushing it upwards to close her mouth.

"Don't want to catch any flies now don't we?" I said with a smug smile.

She shook her head and looked at me. "How'd you do those and still alive?!"

I shrugged, taking huge gulps of my water.  "I'm immortal."

"Really?!"

"No, idiot. Now tell me truthfully, did you did what I told you to?"

She nodded her head looking proud of herself. I nodded.

"Good. Keep on doing it every day and once you're used to it, you can add on the amount of it."
