Chapter 9: Lockdown at Pennhurst Hospital

        "I dont want to go to grandma's." Miya said "Yeah me neither." Mason agreed  "Well you guys have to me and mommy have to go work." Zak said to them. I was finally able to go back to work but there was no places to investigate so I had to wait till now. I hope this is going to be a good lockdown.  The kids were going to Zak's moms house. "Why dont you two want to go to grandma's? You want to anyother time." I asked them "We dont want to leave you and daddy." Mason answered. That was the cutest answer coming from a 3 year old. "Well we still have tonight guys. What do you want to do?" Zak asked them. "They all thought for a moment. It almost seemed like they knew how to work us. "Umm, we dont know we didnt get this far.. Let us go talk this over and then we will get back to." they answered "Umm, Looks like they listen to much to daddy on the phone." Me and him laughed. I like when me and him laugh instead of fight.

                        Zak's P.O.V

         This is the Nikki I like. I dont like when we fight and I dont like when she hides things from me. I know her and Aaron did things and wish she would tell me. I havent been that fair with her either. I know I should of done things with my ex Lori but I was drunk and I blacked out untils he told me the next morning. Nikki and Zak werent drunk. I would like to talk to her about it but I dont want Nikki to get mad. "Yeah, Miya follows me when Im on the phone." She laughed, The kids came back down stairs and said we want to go to chuck E cheese and have fun with you before you guys go." Nikki and I looked at each other and said "Why not?"

                                         Nikki's P.O.V (At chuck E cheese)

 I really hope Zak dont freak out like he did at the restuant. Thats the last time we have been out with the kids. It seems like everytime we do something nice he flips out and I dont like that. Me and Zak held hands while Miya had Zak's and Mason had mine. "What do you to want to do eat first or play?" I already knew the answer but I asked anyway. "Play!" They shouted "Ok, Im going to get the coins." Zak stayed back with the kids and I got 4 cup fulls so we had enough. "Ok, I got the tokens. What do you want to play first?" I asked  The kids looked around and Miya saw the fruit ninja thing and Mason saw Ski ball. This was suppost to be a family thing but I guess if we have to split up to make the kids happy we have to. "We will meet back up to eat." I told Zak he nodded in agreance.  It was an hour later when we met back at our boths. "So what did Miya play the whole hour?" I asked Zak "Fruit Ninja and then some other game that I forgot, What about Mason?" He asked "He played Ski ball the whole time." I told them we ate pizza and then we headed out. Zak didnt freak out but then agian we werent together the whole time.  "The kids need baths hun." I told Zak  "Ok."  When we got home the twins ran to there room and got there pjs ready for us. "Mommy." Mason said "Yes sweetie." "Do you and daddy have to leave tomorrow?" He asked and looked like he was ready to cry. "Awe, baby this is our job and there will be more days like this to come." I told him not trying to make him cry more.  "Okay." He was so sad after I put him to bed and then Miya almost lost it when she had to go to bed. Me and Zak were so tired that after the kids went to bed Zak locked the house up and we went to bed. I would have to wake up early to pack the kids plus mine and Zak stuff and clean the house for dad while were gone.

                                      The Next Morning

         It was around 5 in the morning when my alarm went off. Zak was still sleepin and didnt hear my alarm. I got up and made my self a cup of coffee and watch some tv. when I was done I turned to the music station on tv and started to clean. It was 630 when I was done. Those kids are messy and I cant believe I let it get this bad. Around 7 Zak got up and walked downstairs. "Goodmorning Sweetheart." "Goodmorning hun." and we kissed "What are you doing up so early?" He asked "I have been up since  cleaning andI was just getting ready to pack mine and your stuff." he looked at me with a smile "Wow im marring superwoman." I laughed "Yeah. go take your shower. Cause it takes you forever to do your hair." I told him "haha your funny." I laughed then we kissed and he went into the shower. Time to pack our stuff.  It took me half an hour to do that the kids will be up soon. "Babe im ganna go jump in the shower." I told him "Ok." by the time I was done Miya was up. I blow dried my hair and straightened it. Around 8:30 Mason was up. I got the two of them dressed. "Ok you two, Mommy cleaned the house dont ruin it, I spent along time cleacning." I told them  I packed there bags. "Okay babe, you can drop them off at your moms, there ready." I told him. Mason run up to me "Mommy I dont want to go.. Can I go with you?" He asked "No baby, Mommy and daddy will be home before you know it." I gave him a kiss and a long hug. I did the same thing for Miya. "Bye my babys, see you soon." I started to cry.  As soon as they left Mary came over. "Awe sweetie, why you crying?" She asked "Zak just took the kids to his moms and its the first time we have been seperated."I told her and started to cry more "Oh, brother cant wait till school can ya." I looked at her "Can they be home schooled." She rolled her eyes "They will be fine, Lets load all the stuff into the van." I nodded. by the time Zak came home the gang was here. "Were all ready to go." I told him "Alright lets go." He said. I still didnt know were we were going Zak wouldnt tell me and Nick didnt tell Mary. "Babe were are we going?" I asked all sweet "I dont know." He said with a smirk "Uh huh, Please tell me." He laughed "Ok, Its somehwere were you and Mary been wanting to go for a long time." He said makeing me and Mary think the whole way to the Airport. Nick and Zak would let us Hold our tickets when we borded. "Oh my god." Mary said "Did you figure our were we are going?" I asked her "No, were in first class."She said loosing her train of thought. I slaped her "Focus here, Were trying to figure out were we are going."  Zak and I sat in a row and then Mary and Nick and poor Aaron all by himself. All of a sudden my eyes got big "Whats the matter babe?" He asked I wispered into his ear "Were going to the PenHurst Hospital arent we?" I asked "Damn your good, Nick you can tell Mary, Nikki found out." "Really why cant you let us have fun?" I laughed  "Were are we going Nicole?" Mary asked me "Ummm, I forgot." Nick looked at me "Oh sure you can have the fun thoough." I laughed  "Yup, Somewhere in Pennslyvania." I told her "Yeah that helps me so much." "It should and If you cant remember I dont know what to tell you sweetie." She kept thinking about it and out of no where she started to freak "Omg.. Omg, I know were we are going." She said  "Oh yeah, Were?" I asked her "You should know. The conversation we had in your office." I thought for a moment  "Oh, no ha you thought you had it." she kept thinking. By the time we got into Pennslyvania she was still thinking and still didnt get it. We got our stuff from baggage and she still didnt have it. We went out to get the van and put everything in it. "Did you get it yet?" I asked her sitting my Zak in the back. "No, This is pissing me off. Please tell me Nicole." I laughed "Ok, Were going to PennHurst Hospital." She started freaking out. "Wait, why are we going there? Nick didnt want to go and Niether did Aaron."  Zak laughed "No, They did want to go but we didnt want to ruin it for you and Nikki." Zak explained  "Oh, Then how come everytime I asked you, you sounded serious? cause I know when you lie hun." Mary asked Nick "Umm, Lets not get into that and lets listen to music." Nick said trying to change the subject "Aaron turned it down "Why are you changing the subject?" Aaron asked "Its nothing, Can we listen to music?" He turned up the music and didnt talk the rest of the way to the hotel. Me and Mary knew something was wrong. Me and Nick were never close but I could tell. But instead of dwelling on it we sang and car dance to the music.  About an hour  later we arrived at the hotel. Zak and I got a room, Nick and Mary got a room, and poor Aaron once more is by himself.
