Ashley cracked her eyes open to an unlit room. A pounding headache hit her like a rainstorm on a bright and sunny day. She threw her arm across her eyes and pushed herself back into the pillow. As she lay there she tried to remember actually going to bed. She heard a door click and moved her arm away from her eyes, expecting to see Trinity's figure walking towards her, chuckling at her state, instead what she saw was not Trinity's slim figure, it was a bulky figure. Ashley threw back the covers and jumped out of the pain. Her head throbbed even more but she ignored it, focusing on keeping the bulky figure as far away from her as possible.

"Calm," the boy said softly, his voice jogged Ashley's memory. She remembered him talking to her as he pushed her against Trinity's dining table, holding a chloroform dipped rag over her face. She felt angry and scared. She wanted to lash out and hide. She wanted to scream and speak in a soft voice so he wouldn't tell her off. In the dim light Ashley glared at him. He stood still and watched her as she slowly shuffled over to the door. She reached it and cursed under her when she realized it was locked. She snapped her head around to the boy who smiled in the poor light and held up something in his hand. The key.

"Help!" She heard Trinity yell. Ashley launched at the boy, while he was partially distracted. She yanked the key out of his hand and ran to the door quickly slotting it into the lock and twisting it, she reached for the door handle to pull open the door but the boy grabbed her from behind. She screamed in frustration and fear. She slammed the heel of her foot into his shin and then threw her head back, making contact with his chin, before he had time to react she quickly wrenched his arm apart and propelled herself forward. She managed to throw the door and sprinted out.

She sprinted down the stairs, skipping most of them. She didn't dare look over her shoulder, but she knew how close the black haired boy was to her. She felt his hand graze her shoulder and almost tripped trying to go faster. As she neared the bottom of the stairs she could see Trinity pressed up against the gigantic front door, cautiously watching the sand brown haired boy, illuminated by the moonlight that came through a nearby window. Ashley jumped the last ten stairs and ran over to her friend, not even bothering to lock the door. As she tried to control her breathing the black haired boy stopped beside the sandy brown haired boy, barely out of breath.

"Okay, you two need to calm," the brown haired boy said. "Start off by coming away from the door," Ashley looked at Trinity and then back at the boys, "please." Ashley didn't know what the boys were capable of, and nor did they want o find out, so they slowly shuffled away from the door, never taking their eyes off of the boys and stopping in front of the window that let in the moonlight. The brown haired boy said something else, but Ashley was too focused on trying to get rid of the pain from her headache that she completely missed it.

"C'mon," the black haired boy said, motioning to the stairs. The girls started walking up them, the boys trudging behind them. Ashley heard a high pitched bark and turned around to see the dirty blonde haired boy that had asked her if she was okay, chasing Bingo, trying to catch him. Another dirty blonde hair ran behind him, or was it him who asked her if she was okay? She couldn't tell. Bingo seemed anything but scared. "Keep moving," the black haired boy growled, annoyance lining his words. Ashley jogged up the stairs to catch up with Trinity.

"I really hope the twins don't kill that dog," the brown haired boy muttered. Ashley instantly snapped her head around, glaring. "I'm sure they won't," he said quickly. She turned around and kept walking, still trying to kill her headache. Trinity gave her a little nudge and then gave her a reassuring smile, a smile that Ashley couldn't give her. The brown haired boy waved trinity off into his bedroom while Ashley still continued up the stairs. She walked into the black haired boy's room and watched him as he locked the door, tucking the key into his pocket. Ashley just stood and watched him as he walked around the room, eventually sliding into bed.
