"Hmm? You want to take (Y/N) to the pool?"

You perk up a bit hearing your mom at the door talking to someone, quickly getting up from your seat on the couch to run and see who was there. You're a bit surprised to see Denki Kaminari and Minoru Mineta at your door, but not at all surprised to see Izuku. You smile when his green eyes meet your (e/c) ones, and you wave at him, causing him to smile before he looks back to your mom.

"Ah, (L/N)-san, it'll only be for a few hours! We got permission from the school to use it until 5, I'll have her home after we have something to eat!"

Your mom places a hand on her chin, thinking, eyeing Izuku like there was some secret he was hiding about the whole thing, something scandalous perhaps, and you roll your eyes as Izuku's widen and he realizes what your mom is thinking.

"I-It won't be just us four!! Um, a-all my classmates, o-our friends! They'll all be there too, so..."

You already have a towel and a change of clothes in your hands when you mom laughs and shakes her head.

"Izuku, mom is messing with you."

"I'm so glad you're dating my daughter! You're so innocent! Of course, she can go, just make sure she takes her antibiotics when it's time!"

Izuku calms down and gives a smile with a nod. "Of course!"

"Hey, wait, mom! Don't give him that responsibility!"

Your time at UA's pool with your friends was the most fun you'd had in a while. It was a great way to keep your mind off your upcoming surgery, and help you forget about what had happened at the mall the other day. You were a bit surprised that Denki and Minoru were the ones who suggested this, but when you realized all the girls were there too, you understood why and were fairly amused that all of the Class 1-A girls had chosen to wear their school swimsuits, foiling the plans of the two boys. You giggled a bit seeing the two boys look so dejected, which made Izuku look at you with a confused expression.

"What are you laughing at?"

"Oh, it's nothing~" you gave him a grin before you turned away with a bright blush on your face. "n-nothing at all..."

Being in a relationship with Izuku had changed a lot of things, one of them being how you saw him in a completely different light during things you two had done numerous times before when you were younger, such as going to the pool. It had never been that weird to see him shirtless because of it, but now?

Your heart was racing and you were trying so hard not to stare at him, which Izuku noticed. His face turned red as well as he tried to grab his shirt to wear until he actually got in the pool, quickly putting it on so you would actually look at him instead of away.

So awkward.

You had chosen to wear your school swimsuit as well, joining the girls for a few games in the pool before the boys decided they wanted to have a race as endurance practice. You stayed on the sides and watched with the girls as Katsuki and Shoto took first in their rounds, getting excited when you saw Izuku was in the third round.

"Go Izuku!! You can do it!" you gave him a bright grin and thumbs up, which Izuku returned before getting ready for his groups turn.

He barely won his round, right in front of Iida, and you couldn't help but to cheer and clap for him. You quickly went over to him before the last round, fighting a blush but sporting a grin.

"You did so great!! You're totally going to win this Izuku!"

"A-Ah...you think so...?"

"Heck yeah! You just gotta beat Todoroki and Kacchan! I believe in you!"
