I stepped off of the airplane and made my way through the unfamiliar airport to the baggage claim.

I sighed and called an uber to take me to my hotel. I stood and waited feeling chills crawl up my arms. I felt my phone vibrate.

I opened up my photos and scrolled through my camera roll to find picture of Loren and I.

I scrolled far enough to reach the beginning of our relationship and even when we first became friends.

I clicked on the first picture of Loren and I and swiped. A video popped up and I clicked on it.

"Who's my girl?" I asked while wrapping my arm around Nerah.

"Not me!" She laughed as I gave her a dirty look before leaning in and placing a kiss on my lips. "Just kidding."

I sighed and scrolled farther down in my camera roll to see more pictures of or with Nerah.

I felt my heart ache for her.

She deserved the universe but all I could give her was a star...

I sat on the bed of my hotel room and thought about what I was doing here in Atlanta.

Gabe said that the prison is on the other side of the town a few blocks away from the High School.

My phone went off which startled me. I grabbed my phone. I unlocked it and saw that Jack snapchatted me.

I laughed and watched the video of him playing with Reese and Isla.

I laughed and turned the phone screen off. I lied down on the bed and stared at the ceiling.

Why am I still fighting for Nerah?

Nerah:

"Nerah?" I felt a hand shake my arm and I looked up to see Grayson.

"What time is it?"

"It's 10 am," he said with a chuckle.

I yawned.

"Let's go," he whispered.

"Go where?" I asked.

"It's a secret," he said. I felt my.body shiver thinking about all the times that Zach would say that.

"I'm kinda tired... Can we just have a chill day?"

"Please." He flopped onto the bed next to me and hugged my body.

"Grayson..."

"Nerah," he said while burying his face in my neck.

"I'll go if you tell me where we're going." He looked up at me.

"Nerah, it doesn't work like that..."

"Grayson, I don't like surprises."

He frowned before burying his face in the crook of my neck.
