-Yuzu

There's nothing here. Everything is blood red, and it looks like it's real blood. I stand in the center of everything. I have on a long flowing black dress, with a silver belt, and silver sandals. My hair has bright red streaks in it, and my skin is paler than usual. I turn in circles, looking for something, or someone. Then I spot a guy. He resembles Gilbert a lot, except he has longer hair and scars all over his face. I try to say something, but it's like I can't. Then I notice that he doesn't have that usual smirk on his face.

"Test one begins in five... four..." what is he talking about? "Three... two... one... begin."

Then everything changes. I look around, and realize that I'm in a maze. A loud noise sounds, and I begin running. I keep turning corners, but they lead to other tunnels, and never ends, but then a man appears. He has bright pink hair, baby blue eyes, freckles, and a crazy smile.

"Want a cupcake, poppet?" he asks me.

A voice inside my head keeps telling me not to, but I couldn't control my body. I reach forward and take one. Once I take a bite, all the colors change, and the man gets replaced. He has messy brown hair with a cowlick, red eyes, and carries a bat with nails sticking out at the end.

"Yuzu Fugioka, you are the key to saving us." he informs me, and holds his hand out.

~

I sit up, and gasp for air. I look around, and realize that I'm in my bedroom. I relax and fall back on my bed. Then I realize something's off, and I look around. I notice a sheet on my nightstand. I pick it up, and read it.

Poppet,

Like my friend had said, you are the key to saving us. You will have these dreams until we finish our tasks. See you in your nightmares.

-Ollie

I rip the note to pieces, and roll my eyes. I turn towards my mirror, and hold in my gasp. It's me, but different, like in my nightmare. My hair is jet black with blood red streaks going through it, my skin is extremely pale, my eyes are crimson red, and I have fangs. Then I'm wearing a black tank top, military pants, combat boots, and the same necklace that Gilbert has. I look down and realize that the necklace is around my neck, but everything else is normal. I look back at the mirror, and it's like nothing happened. I walk into my bathroom, and splash water on my face. Then I try to control my breathing.

"Stupid dream," I whisper.

I sigh, and change clothes. I put on a blood red tank top, a black cropped top, black skinny jeans, and blood red high tops. I keep the necklace on, and brush my hair. Then I put on a blood red beanie.

"Where'd you get that necklace?" Lilica asks me, entering my room.

"I don't know, I just woke up with it around my neck." I shrug.

Don't tell her about the nightmare, I tell myself.

"That's strange, are you sure?" she asks me.

"I might've bought it, I don't remember much from last night," I shrug, like it's not a big deal.

"Okay then...?" she looks at me, suspiciously.

Dang it, Yuzu! She knows you're lying! I gulp.

"Let's go to school." I add, changing the subject.

"Kay," she smiles, and we make our way to school.

~

Everything has gone by in a flash, and I keep spacing out. I can tell that everyone's worried about me, but I have other problems. Like me going insane. Oh well. I guess I was already insane.

"Are you okay, Yuzu? You've been spacing out all day." Haruhi frowns.

"I'm fine, I just need to go. I'll come by your house tonight." I race out the door, and towards Kisuke's candy shop.

"Good morning, Yuzu. What can I do for you today?" Kisuke asks me.

"Are Ichigo and the others here?" I ask him.

"Downstairs training." he replies.

"Thanks." I leap down, and watch the others train.

"You can't stop them." I hear my voice.

"Who's there?" I ask, quietly.

"You, of course. I'm you, except not you. I'm Yuri." the person from my mirror appears out of nowhere. "Now, we need to talk."

~

I continue to slam my head on my desk, and Lilica walks in.

"Stop doing that. I'm worried about your brain cells." she sighs.

"I lost them ages ago." I giggle, like how Yuri taught me.

"True, and where'd you learn that laugh?" she plops down on my bed.

"I taught myself." I laugh.

"That's cool. How long have you been working on it?" she asks me, as I look towards the clock.

"Dang! Is it really that late!?" I exclaim.

"Really? What have you been doing up here?" Lilica asks me.

"Talking to myself," I reply, honestly.

"Why are you talking to yourself?" she asks me.

"Because I can." I smirk, knowing that Yuri says that a lot.

"Okay. Well, Tohru and I fixed dinner." Lilica sighs.

"Kay, I'll be right down." I smile, and she leaves my room.

"Tell no one of our existence." Yuri glares at me.

"Why would I? No one would believe me. They'd think I'm insane." I chuckle.

"They know I'm insane on this side." Yuri smirks.

"That's because you don't hide it." I chuckle. "I should be going downstairs. Talk again?"

"Of course." she smirks, and disappears.

I sigh, and make my way to the kitchen, with everything she said echoing through my head.

~

"Yuzu?" a voice brings me from my thoughts.

I look around, and see everyone looking at me.

"Hm?" I ask.

"What's wrong?" Lilica asks me.

"I'm sorry, I was thinking." I smile, sheepishly.

"You never think," Kyo rolls his eyes.

Then I toss a random book at him. Don't ask where I got that book, cause I don't even know.
