Colby sighed
"I'm sorry sam everything just is weird without having you home and I've just been really struggling with not having you in arms reach..."  He put his arm around my waist and i sunk into him. I felt extremely guilty. But i also felt safe in his arms.
Everything is going to be OK
Right?
"I love you sam"
"I love you to colbs"
He looked at me and he kissed me i kissed him back but nothing felt the same.
The spark was gone and i think colby noticed also.
"Well I'll let you be with your new friend"
"OK colby. I will see you later" he nods
And walks out. As he is walking out jake comes in
"Hey jake" "hey sam" once the door closed he came up and kissed my cheek causing me to blush
Colby p.o.v
Sam is lying to me. I know how he is.
He's cheating on me....
Come on colby chill it may not be like that
What else could it be. When i got home I went to Elton's den. Aka the garage. I sat down on his couch while he was on his laptop.
"Hey colbs"
"Hi uncle elty"
"You OK buddy you look sad"
"I just got back from visiting sam"
"Oh? How did it go? I should really visit him sometime ".
"Well i think he's cheating on me" his eyebrows goes up
"Oh really why do you say that?"
"He just...I know how he gets when he's lying and i asked if he Is and he said no but his face said different. i mean i know things are way different and everything has changed but I just I don't know that not a reason to cheat"
"I agree with that. but maybe your just overthinking things. you havent been with him and when your with someone every single day you get to know them very well and then your not with them everyday and it is almost like you dont know who they are anymore. It could be your mind playing tricks with you Do you understand what I'm trying to say?"
I nod slowly trying to take it in
"So because I don't see him everyday i don't know him like I used to do my mind think that something is wrong but there really isn't anything wrong?"
"Exactly"
"I mean i guess that could be it. but....I don't know.  "
"Give it time colbs. everything will work out. "
"thanks Elton "
"Anytime buddy" I hugged Elton and went to my room. he could be right.
Maybe I'm just over thinking.

Sam's p.o.v.
"So how did you get over here again?"
"Well you see my aunt she works here but like the head master doesn't know that and she said that she has noticed how I have been acting and thinks I'm getting better and that I should socialize more before going out into the real world and well head master agreed, I got to pick from a list of names and I saw yours and here I am. I guess we are going to be roomies also.
"Oh awesome but the real question is do you think you are better enough to get out?"
He took a minute and the shrugged
" I guess I mean I've been doing better ever since I met you. I've been happy and felt like there is a purpose in my life again" I smiled it feels good to be helping someone.
"Well I'm glad I can help Jakey "
We are currently sitting on my bed right now both facing the wall.
We sat in a comfortable silence then all of a sudden the power went out and a big sheet of metal went over the window I started to panic since I have a huge fear of the dark.
"What's going on" i said almost crying as i head sirens going off
"Someone either found a way to kill themselves or someone tried to escape we are under lock down"
I started to panic more.
"Lock down!!! What does that mean!!!"
"No one leaves. no one comes in. "
"W-what if we have to go to the bathroom how are...what about food we need to eat at some point!"
"Hey sam everything will be OK. once a hour someone will come by and ask if we need to use the bathroom. and once ever 5 hours someone will bring us food and water. "
"How are you so calm!" He put his hand around my waist. although I couldnt see him i knew his eyes were light. he wasn't afraid.
It made it very easily to not be afraid as well but not that easy because I'm still practically shitting myself.
"Because this has happens all the time it'll be OK trust me I've been here a long time and know how it works. "
I nod and slowly leaned my head on his shoulder
"I trust you"
We sat in the dark forever. then there was a repetitive banging on my door
"Don't open it they are testing us" he whispered
"If we open the door at any point terrible things could happen"
all of his emotions switched. the room was heavy i could almost feel his emotions
"W-what happened how do you know"
"you don't need to worry about that. just whatever you do. do not open that door during a lock down"
