Chapter-7: End Of Darkest Knight

It was the first time Hei woke up before In-ha and somewhere she genuinely hoped it would be the last time as well. She slowly untangled herself from In-ha and went to the washroom groaning with hangover.

With slight damp hair she made her way towards the kitchen.
"You're up already", Mark noticed Hei sitting down with her head in her hand and Hei looked at him preparing coffee with her eyes half closed.

"Yes and make two. She'll be down any moment", meanwhile she gulped the medicine with water to ease the throbbing pain.

"Here", Hei was startled at the close proximity of his voice.

She looked as Mark leaned against the table

"Thanks", she took the coffee mug from his hand but his grip tightened on the other end of the mug, a teasing smile on his face.

Smirking a little he leaned to kiss her but the footsteps made her push him back while taking a hold of the mug.

In-ha stretched her arms a little when she noticed Mark and Hei awkwardly looking at her which instantly made her stop
"Why am i the unfortunate one to find you two in such situations?"

Mark immediately turned around making another cup of coffee while Hei patted the seat next to her

Groggily she sat beside her
"How are you feeling?"

"Fine" she said while looking at the bruise on her hand

It did hurt a little but it was better than his bruised ego and everytime she saw her hand a sense of satisfaction washed over her.

"He's just a jerk" Mark said while placing the coffee mug in front of her

"I know" she said casually

"For someone whose heart just broke you really do seem fine." Mark curiously said making Hei roll her eyes at his blunt question

"It's the hangover or the fact that maybe his face hurts more than my heart." she said with a smile

"You can stay with me?" Hei insisted when Bam arrived at her place.

"I can but i can't as well. Moreover they have an extra room" In-ha said to Hei

She decided to move in with Bam considering her almost break up, she was ready to end it for better.

"We knew this was going to happen so we were prepared" Bam said proudly while In-ha glared at him making him chuckle nervously

"You're not even letting me drive you to that asswipe's place" Hei said with a pout.

"Because i don't want to fight" she repeated the same words she said to Youngjae earlier

She told Hei not to let Youngjae know about the incident but totally forgot that Bam lived with his brother.

It was difficult to handle his brother when he was fuming with rage but somewhere he understood and she was glad he did.

"I won't fight" Hei suddenly added bringing her back from her thoughts

"You'll kill him" Bam said and Hei nodded in agreement but soon realised her actions and shook her head again

She sighed in defeat when they gave her the 'Told ya' look

"Moreover you and Mark have some unfinished business" In-ha tried to keep a poker face but a smirk eventually broke out.

Clever Bam suddenly smirked as well "You cockblocked them" he looked at In-ha with amused expression when none of them denied and a laugh erupted from his mouth
