Chapter-50: I'll Be There For You

Hei groaned in her bed making Mark open his eyes, when he saw Hei's sudden movement he immediately walked towards her.

"Hey hey", he helped her sit.

"How are you feeling?", Mark asked looking for any sign of fatigue .

"As if someone ran a bus all over me.",she pulled her hand and saw different tubes on her arm

Panicked she looked around, "What am i doing here?" she asked Mark.

"Calm down. Take a breath and I'll tell you everything", she nodded and took several deep breaths.

Then Mark explained to her the whole Lisa situation and how she ended up in the hospital with the biggest scandal. Hei groaned at the new found information.

"Oh my god what am i going to do now?", she said when the door opened and Yug entered.

"You're alive", Yug squished Hei in his arms.

"If you keep this up then not for long", Yug smiled at her, "get off me Yug", she swatted him away.

"Mom and Dad are coming", Yug said and Hei looked at him with wide eyes.

"The situation is this bad?", Hei asked nervously.

"You've no idea", Mark said.

"They're going to kill me", He groaned again

"Not if we tell them about Lisa", Yug said looking at Hei cautiously.

"Nope. Absolutely not. I accidentally drank her drink and if somebody finds out about her addiction they'll throw her out of this country or worse, Jail!", Hei pleaded them.

"Then what do you want me to say",Yug sighed in defeat

"Anything but not her name", she said.

Breakfast the next morning was silent, filled with quiet chewing as everyone avoided eye contact. Trying not to look at each other and make the situation worse

"She had drug problems. I can't even believe it", their mom suddenly spoke making Yug groan internally.

"No its not what it looks like mom. She can do anything but not drugs", Yug defended but ish's father glared at him.

"So you're saying someone drugged her against her choice?", Yug groaned this time.

"It's difficult to make you guys understand", he finally said

"No its difficult to make the world understand. She's just a college student yet her scandals are heavier than the Kardashians", Yug and his father rolled his eyes at her exaggeration.

"And was she really dating Jackson? What am i going to tell Mary?", Yugyeom could tell his mother was having a breakdown.

"She helped Jackson to improve his image", her mom immediately looked at him, her mood switched faster than Jackson switched girls.

"That's a relief", she took a peaceful breath.

"I'll handle this. You just go and see if she's doing fine.", her father wiped his mouth and stood up.

"How will you do that? Did you see what happened yesterday? The news spread like fire", Mrs. Kim gave a defeated sigh.

"I have my ways. I won't let them defame my child like that and I'll make sure everyone keeps their mouth shut", he walked out of the door leaving two impressed Kim.
