Chapter-22: Maladroit

"Can't you listen to me, just once?", Mark said in frustration

"No, I won't listen to you if you're trying to make me do something I don't want to do.", In-ha slammed her hands on the kitchen counter making Bam flinch a little

"Why understanding a certain situation is difficult for you?", Mark said in frustration "You always make things complicated"

"You see, this is what you do. You just want to blame it all on me. In-ha if you didn't do that this wouldn't have happened, if you did that then we might have not done this."

 "What's going on in here?", Youngjae asked, plopping down on the couch across from them.

"She's not making any sense", Mark immediately declared.

"Me? You're the one who's not making sense", the disapproving look on her face Youngjae found comical, he looked at Bam who just sighed.

"Mark, Don't bother my sister if she says she isn't interested then let it be", Youngjae said after a few moments.

"But she's being irrational and i can't tolerate idiots.", he said while pointing his finger accusingly at her making her angrier.

"I've already asked her to forgive Hei because with the brain she has I'm not even surprised the things she did. That's the most smart she might have felt in forever.", Youngjae said with a smirk while Mark clenched his fists and Bam gaping at him in surprise.

"How dare you talk about Hei like that? she's probably smarter than the three of you combined, you twat", In-ha shouted while marching towards her room slamming it shut.

Mark looked at the shut door astonished at her sudden burst of anger. His eyes diverted to Youngjae when he laughed loudly.

"She'll come around . Don't worry about her", he said while grabbing his car keys

Mark smiled and nodded while Bam sighed again "Let's get some food for her"

"We've got few things to discuss as well" Youngjae shouted grabbing their attention.

Mark entered the apartment when Hei's voice startled him

"Are you done playing the hero?", she said and glared at Yugyeom when he gasped in surprise.

"What?", he said confused and looked at Yugyeom who mouthed Bam.

Mark sat next to Hei while making her turn towards him "I told you not to talk to her about this situation. Things only get worse when a third person gets involved. "

"You are right but the damage has been done.", he said while looking at her. Hei looked at him sharply when he didn't deny her words "What did she say?"

"Guys let's just not.", he looked at Mark with pleading eyes.

Mark ignored him and continued nonetheless "She was being a bitch"

"Why would you say that?" Hei tried not to sound interested but failed miserably.

"She said you thought Jinyoung was out of her league but she still got him which made you jealous so you just wanted to rub it on her face."

Hei closed her eyes taking several deep breaths "Could you please show yourself the way out? I really don't want to hurt you out of everyone on my Kill list", she grabbed her chips and stood up

"Why are you getting angry at him?", Yugyeom looked confused

Hei too ignored Yugyeom "Why would you even lie? I thought you liked her", she said in frustration.
