Chapter-13: Prends Ton Temps

Hei had just gotten up from her deep slumber when she recieved a call from an unknown number.

"Hello?"

"Is this Miss Kim Hei-ran?

"Yes?"

"I'm calling on behalf of Top model agency and I would like to let you know that we would want to have you on board for a modelling audition" she said and Hei was confused that why and how did this happen

"I'm sorry but where'd you get my number from?"

"Our producer saw you in a cafe sometime back and we've been trying to get in touch with you since a long time. Anyway I'll text you the address and you can come here today evening by 7"

"Okay Thanks" she cut the call and was left confused.

Modelling? I've never really thought of it but why the hell not? she thought to herself with an excited smile on her face.

It was time to get ready and go back to the city and college.

It was 10 am and it was a 2 hour drive from their house to the city.

Hei and Mark were waiting for Yugyeom outside with their bags ready since they came here in his car. She decided not to tell about the modelling assignment until everything was confirmed.

"Mom and dad were asking about you before they went to California with Mark's family." Yugyeom said making his way to the car.

"As if" she scoffed and opened the door and sat inside.

Once everyone was inside the car Yugyeom started the car but it wouldn't start.

"What happened to your car?"

"I don't know" he tried again

"Great! I'm gonna miss my first audition" Hei said leaning her head back with annoyance.

It wasn't her day nor was it her year.

With frustration the words escaped her lips and she didn't realise it until their voice sliced through her thoughts

"Audition?" Mark Yugyeom asked in unison making Hei sigh

"I got a call from top modelling agency this morning. Apparently they've been trying to scout me since long" Hei explained them with a genuine smile.

She was looking forward to this possible big change of her life.

"Way to go sister! You're finally gonna get more famous than you already are." Yugyeom whistled

"Be careful though" Mark on the other hand was a little worried due to the change of events

"Yeah. But how are we supposed to reach there  before 7?" Hei pulled out her phone and she had a missed call from Jb and In-ha.

She decided to call In-ha first

"What's up?" she could her muffled voice

"Yug's car broke down and we need a ride back" Hei said while rolling down her window, her head laying on it.

"Bam and I've got space for 2" In-ha said, Hei was ready to curse at her luck but just then Jb stopped by their car outside their house.

"You okay?" he asked Hei, not even bothering with the others.

Hei was perplexed to see him, with her eyes glued at him she spoke
"Can you pick Mark and Yugyeom?"

"Yeah sure. I'll be there in 10" she cut the phone and diverted her attention to Yugyeom Mark then back at Jb
