Chapter twenty three

{ Emma's POV }

Three months, it has been three months since I touched the warm waters of Bells Beach and snuggled in our little house. Last week was very hard it was the anniversary of my dad's death. I was use it now it was like another day, I only cried in the afternoon but after that I was fine. I had also been taking a course in school teaching, which the boys fully agreed and would even help me with study.

Today Ruby and I are having a rest day. We both have been going to meet and greets considering I've been in all her videos these days. Plus the boys are doing interviews so we decided to chill out on the bus.

" We have to put on some chick flick " Ruby said.

" Yes ! Let's put on the notebook " I said.

" I'm getting the snacks ! " Ruby ran into the kitchen grabbing all the chocolates and chips.

I sat down on the couch and turned on the movie pressing play when Ruby sat down.

" I'm craving chocolate so bad " Ruby mumbled shoving another piece of chocolate in her mouth.

" I'm actually not for once " I laughed.

" But we both have our periods at the same time, so why are you craving this time " Ruby laughed.

I then opened my eyes wide pausing the movie.

" I don't have my period " I looked and Ruby and she turned her head to me.

" Oh no you don't think you are- "

" Pregnant no " I mumbled it then dawned on me, Luke and I did have fun about a one month ago.

" OMG Ruby, this can't be happening " I stood up walking around in circles.

" Don't stress, it could be anything " Ruby patted my back.

" What If I am, I'm only 18?! It would ruin Luke's career " I started panicking.

" Come on we nene to go get a test " Ruby said.

" The fans will see " I whispered

" Jesus ! Ok I'll text that girl Penny the security guard " Ruby quickly messages her.

I sat there stunned, how was I going to tell Luke...

" Emma come one, I got it you need to take it " Ruby said handing me over a the pregnancy test.

" I'm going to wait for Luke to come back " I swallowed hard, I needed to do this with him.

" Yeah your right, let's just try and relax " Ruby sat back down digging into the chocolate again.

" Ruby " I said.

" Mmm " she replied

" Please don't tell anyone " I looked down.

" Oh god no, I won't I promise " she came over and hugged me, and a few tears spilled down my eyes.

We unpaused the movie and I mentally thinking of want to say to Luke. About one hour later they came running through the doors.

" Hey girls " Ash yelled going over and jumping next to us.

" Hey" I said putting on a smile.

" Women these days look at all the chocolate " Calum came in kissing Ruby on the lips.

" Babe " Luke came over kissing me before I pulled away.

" We need to talk " I said to him trying not to break down.

" Yeah ok " he looked at me, worry was written all over his face.

I pulled him into the small bathroom and sighed.
