Make You Feel My Love

Chapter 5

Chapte 5:-

                       "Wow! This place is absolutely perfect!" Natalie exclaimed.

                        "Lifelines Pharmaceuticals sure has the money, but it's not that good", Shane said dryly.

                       "Oh please Shane, just accept the fact that this place is much better than the one where we were working earlier" Natalie said. Aarzoo rolled her eyes as those two continued their bickering as usual.

                   Natalie Anderson was a close friend of Aarzoo and had a habit of exaggerating sometimes where as Shane Miller, was the exact opposite of Natalie. So no wonder they both were constantly arguing with each other over the slightest of things. Lance Martin actually had a bet going on with Melissa Wright and Zac as to when those two would finally acknowledge the chemistry between them and go out.

                But this time Aarzoo had to agree with Natalie. The working place which Lifelines Pharmaceuticals had given them for their project was almost perfect. It was just what they had wanted, furnished with state of the art machines and instruments. The room was huge filled with all the lab instruments they had used earlier along with new ones. And numerous high-tech computers were attached to the machines.

                    " I can't wait to start working here" , she said, looking at Zac who was as excited as her to finally get started here.

                   It took Aarzoo and her team the entire morning to get started. They arranged everything according to their requirements and set up their old stuff. They then discussed their plan of action and divided it amongst themselves.

                   "So it's decided, Shane and Natalie will work on the dosage and dosage form of the drug, Lance and Melissa will do the experimentation and Zac and I will work on extracting the toxin and treating it for usage. Everyone clear??", Aarzoo said looking at everyone else.

                    "Why do I have to work with Shane? Why can't it be Zac? Or even Melissa or Lance?", Natalie complained.

                    "As if I want to work with you!" , Shane retorted. 

              Aarzoo bit back a grin and saw others doing the same. No matter how much Natalie complained, everyone knew that they worked best together. When teamed, there was no doubt that those two could work miracles. 

                  "Sorry guys, looks like you two are stuck with each other", Zac said , giving Shane a wink, to which Shane replied with an eye roll. With this, everyone got up and went to their respective  working areas to get started.

                     "Hey Aarzoo, looks like your admirer couldn't stay without you for long."

                    Aarzoo looked up to see Zac smirking at her."What are you talking about? Looks like work is getting to you. Do you need a break or something?", she asked.

                      "It's not me who needs a break, it's you. It seems that the guy who has been standing outside won't leave unless you take one. He has been desparately trying to catch your attention for the past twenty minutes."

                      "What!" Aarzoo exclaimed as she turned around. Truly as Zac said, she saw Andrew standind in the doorway staring her way. Seeing her turn he smiled and gave her a wave which she too returned with a smile. Andrew gestured her to come outside. She turned to Zac questioningly and said, "He's been here for the past twenty minutes and you felt like telling me just now?"
