Reid's POV:

I was lying in bed, with Eve lying against me. She had only just woken up and was resting her head on my chest.

''I think we should move into together'' I blurted out

Eve's head popped up, she was beaming. I started smiling too at the sight of her smile. She was nodding her head profusely.

''Yes!''

I leaned in and kissed her and she pulled the covers over us as she climbed on top of me.

''I need to go, I have some things to sort out'' I announced

Eve looked worried when I revealed I was leaving her alone, which was unusual. I thought she was annoyed that I was leaving so quickly again. I climbed out of bed and pulled some clothes on, leaning down to kiss her.

''I'll see you tomorrow at work'' I added

''See you at work'' She replied

I decided not to stay over that night, needing to make arrangements. Eve had decided that she'd give up her apartment and she'd move into mine. I didn't mind, as long as I woke up next to her every morning for the rest of my life.

''Reid'' Eve called

I turned to face her as she called my name. She stared at me for a few seconds before smiling.

''I love you''

''I love you too''

I soon left and began throwing away the things I didn't need to make way for Eve's belongings.

It had been a day and finally we were able to move in. I was sitting in the conference room with the team. I was excited, my eyes constantly on the clock; a few more hours and Eve could start moving her things in.

I looked around, the rest of the team were here, but Eve wasn't. I took a few more sips of my coffee, watching the door for when she came in. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and pressed speed dial one.

It went straight to voice mail, which was odd.

''Eve, it's me. Where are you? The briefing starts in a few minutes, call me back'' I said, leaving a message

Hotch walked in, followed closely behind by JJ. She handed out the case files and stopped once she came across Eve's empty seat. She was already looking worried and glanced up at me.

''Reid, have you heard from Eve?'' She asked

I shook my head, revealing I had left her a message a few minutes earlier.

JJ nodded, but seemed preoccupied. Rossi was now here, also noting that Eve wasn't here. Garcia was in deep conversation, so Eve still had a little bit of time to show up before the briefing started. I was hoping she didn't miss it.

My nerves increased as Garcia stepped up to the screen, leaning over and grabbing the remote that had been lying on the table in front of her. Hotch sat down and glanced over at the seat where Eve should have been sitting.

''Where's Eve?'' He asked, directing his question at me

''I'm not sure'' I whispered

Garcia looked concerned, swallowing hard. She started stuttering her words as she flicked through the first pages of the presentation. JJ was also acting strange, she kept her head down through it all, biting her lip.

''Reid, try phoning Eve again'' Hotch suggested

I pulled out my phone and called her again, sighing as it went straight to voice mail again.
