After being suspended, Jungkook went straight home. It's been a stressful morning and he needed to cool off. He kept his face calm and tried to clear his mind. Yes he was angry but he was really good at controlling his emotions. He finally got to his apartment complex and parked his car.
He hopped out of the car before locking it and walked toward his apartment. Out of the ordinary, he noticed a hooded man waiting beside his door. The figure looked somehow familiar. Jungkook became cautious and he tried to grabbed for his gun but it wasn't there since he gave it up. He deeply sighed at the disappointment and the hooded man looked up.
"Finally you are home" a deep called out.
"Yoongi?" jungkook asked, recognizing the husky voice.
"Who else" Yoongi sarcastically replied as he took off his hood revealing his pale face.
Out of adrenaline Jungkook lunged forward and pushed Yoongi against the wall holding him in an arm lock.
"How the hell did you find out where I live?!!" Jungkook demanded.
"I'm good at finding information out" Yoongi laughed and Jungkook pushed up on Yoongi's arms, causing him to groan in pain.
"Give me a good reason why I shouldn't send you straight to jail" jungkook demanded.
"Look I mean no harm ok! I just need a place to stay at for a while and-" Yoongi admitted.
"Why would I agree to harbor a criminal in my house! You almost costed me my job!" Jungkook shouted, tightening his grip.
"Hey I saved your life!" Yoongi defended.
"And I got suspended for letting you go!" Jungkook snapped back.
"Look I'm sorry, you got suspended but please, I wouldn't go to this extreme if it isn't important" Yoongi begged.
Jungkook then released Yoongi from the hold and agreed to hear him out.
"What kind of trouble have you gotten yourself into this time?!" Jungkook crossed his arms.
"Okay so you remember the gang we kicked ass with?" Yoongi asked showing some butt kicking moves.
"Yeah?" Jungkook annoyingly rolled his eyes.
"The gang leader ain't happy about it and he's after me! They attacked me this morning and burned down the place I was hiding out in. I'm no longer safe on the streets, not with them hunting me down like a pack of wild dogs. I didn't know where to go so I did some digging and found your place" Yoongi grinned.
"So you are staying at my house and putting me in danger!?"
"Please!!"
"No!"
"You won't even know I'm there, I promise!!"
Jungkook thought for a moment. It was pretty impressive how Yoongi managed to find his house. Maybe Yoongi could be of use to his case.
"Okay fine but you have to do something for me in return" jungkook bargained.
"Anything" Yoongi desperately said.
Jungkook unlocked his door and welcomed Yoongi in his living home.
"I promise you won't regret this!" Yoongi cheerfully promised.
"I hope I don't " Jungkook said under his breath.
_____________
"Yoongi!! What the hell is all this!!" Jungkook shouted.
Yoongi was lazily lying on the couch, flipping through tv channels, and snacking on potato chips. Surrounding the couch were trash that piled up to be as big as a mountain. Empty soda cans were lying everywhere and there was a spill of coke on the carpet. Chip bags could be found all over the living room. The living room was filthy.
"What?" Yoongi looked up confused as if he didn't noticed the big filthy mess he created.
"If you are going to stay in my home, you have to clean up after yourself! You literally just got here three hour ago and my apartment looks like the inside of a trash can!" Jungkook scold.
"I just got hungry, I haven't eaten in days you know" Yoongi got up from the couch and started picking up his trash.
"Eating junk food won't fill you up, I'll make us something for dinner" Jungkook said walking into the kitchen.
"Wow I haven't had a real meal in years" Yoongi chuckled following behind.
Jungkook was shocked by the statement, he looked at yoongi's thin body. He felt pity for Yoongi. "Don't you have a family?"
Yoongi gave him a look and Jungkook quickly looked away. "Sorry for asking"
"No, no it's fine. Actually I don't have a family and if I did I wouldn't want them just as they wouldn't want me. As a baby I was sent to the orphanage and I was raised by nuns, isn't that ironic" Yoongi chuckled.
"I never knew the identity of my parents and I don't wish to find out either. Those bastards. Growing up at the orphanage was bull. It was boring as hell so whenever I had the chance I would cause trouble and later get punished. For years I watched kids get adopted one by one. Nobody came to adopt me, no one, because they didn't want a troubled kid. I grew tired of being alone and not fitting in so I ran away at age 15. I struggled to lived on the streets the first few months but I got the hang of it. I then named myself August D, swag rt?" Yoongi smiles.
"Wow I had no idea, I'm so sorry" said Jungkook ignoring Yoongi's question.
"Sorry for what?"
"You has it hard growing up, being unwanted and all"
"Are you kidding me, it's nothing, I love being by myself besides I hate people" Yoongi coldly shrugged and walked back into the living room.
Jungkook could tell yoongi's tough personality was only an act. He knew Yoongi was hurting for being unwanted, he puts up a thick amor to avoid people because he was once avoided.
______________
After dinner Jungkook was in his room and Yoongi was lying on the couch with a full stomach. Jungkook was siting at his desk going through the photos he took of the mysterious hooded guy.
"Hey! Yoongi come here for a minute!" Jungkook hollered from his room.
Yoongi walked in slouching. "What's up?"
"I need you to find information on this guy" jungkook held up his phone. Yoongi grabbed the phone and zoomed in on the blurry picture, squinting his eyes to get a better look.
"Sure but what's it for?" Yoongi asked.
"It's for this murder case I'm working on" said Jungkook.
"I spent years running from the cops and now I'm helping one" Yoongi smirked.
"You owe me" Jungkook murmured.
"I know and don't worry I'm good at finding information" Yoongi winked.
