My psycho brother (Jikook)

Beware

Yoongi was walking home from the grocery store carrying two bags full of food. Jungkook had forced him to go out and buy groceries since Yoongi wasn't being productive lately. Jungkook also couldn't risk leaving Jin alone since he was being targeted.

Yoongi wanted to take the car but Jungkook decided Yoongi should walk to the grocery store as a punishment for having peanuts in the house. Luckily the store wasn't too far away from the house.

Yoongi never told Jungkook about the Jimin incident. He decided that if he was going to gain Jimin's trust, he had to stay quite.

Yoongi stopped at a street light, he waited for the light to turn red so he can safely walk across. Waiting for the light, Yoongi scanned the streets. He saw couples, families, and friends which made him smile. Being able to belong somewhere with loved ones was what Yoongi desired the most. Growing up he always envied the kids who had a family and a home. It was a reminder that he had no one.

        His eyes scanned the streets until he spotted a familiar man. Pale face, dark hair, short and skinny. Yoongi thought long and hard why this man looked so familiar then a light bulb lit up. The man he spotted was Lee Ji-Hoon.

         The lights finally turned red and Yoongi sprinted across, running towards Lee Ji-Hoon.

        "Excuse me" Yoongi said tapping Ji-Hoon on the shoulders to get his attention.

       Ji-Hoon then turned around to met with Yoongi. "Hey I know you! You are that punk that punched me" Ji-Hoon said rubbing his checks after recognizing his Yoongi's face.

       Yoongi noticed that Ji-Hoon was getting ready to take out his gun and quickly stopped him. "No need for that, I'm here to talk" he said setting down the grocery bags.

       "Okay what do you want?" Ji-Hoon annoyingly asked.

         "Please let's talk where it's quite" Yoongi said suggesting that they go talk in the alley away from the people.

        "If you try anything just know that I have a gun!" Ji-Hoon warmed as he followed Yoongi in the alley.

        Yoongi just rolled his eyes.

        Once they were both in the alley, Yoongi took Ji-Hoon's gun and tossed it away. He then shoved Ji-Hoon against the wall and held him by his collar. "Why were you spotted at the crime scenes!" Yoongi aggressively asked.

          "What the hell are you taking about!" Ji-Hoon shouted.

         "Don't play dumb! I've seen the pictures, you were at every crime scene. Tell me! Are you the killer?!" Yoongi asked tightening his grip.

        "No! I didn't kill anyone!" Ji-Hoon protested.

        "Then why were you coincidentally at every crime scene!"

         Ji-Hoon stayed quite refusing to answer.

         "Tell me!!"

          "Okay! Okay! I'll tell!"

        Yoongi let go of him and took a step back to let him speak.

         "A few months ago I was roaming the streets late at night. I happened to walk by an alley and I heard noise coming from there. I went in to check what was going on and I saw a man stabbing a person to death. The man looked up and met my eyes, I could see the darkness in his eyes, the blood lust. I was so paralyzed with fear that I couldn't move. He smirked at me as if he knew I was in fear. After that he ran away."

       Yoongi listened closely as Ji-Hoon was telling his story.

        "At first I let it slide since it's every man for himself but dead bodies kept showing up with the same killing patterns. I wanted to tell someone, I really did but one night that man came to visit me. I don't how he found me but he found me. He threatened to kill me if I told anyone about him. He told me not to ruin his game and he said it smirking. From then on I knew he was a psychopath. And so I went to every crime scene trying to build up the courage to tell someone and get help. But his death glares kept me quiet every time I managed to conjure up courage."

       "How can you let all those people die to save your own ass!" Yoongi asked.

       "On the streets it's every man for himself! Kill or be kill and I'm choosing to keep my mouth closed to stay alive!" Ji-Hoon protested.

       Yoongi fought the urge to punch him. "Tell me, who is the real killer?!" Yoongi asked.

       Ji-Hoon froze up and his heart started beating like crazy. "I-I can't tell you"

        "What! Why not!" Yoongi demanded.

        "He- he'll kill me!"

        "For goodness sake! Don't you care about anyone but yourself!?"

        Ji-Hoon stayed quite and looked down in shame.

       "Look if you don't tell me more people will continue to die! A friend of mine will die! Please!" Yoongi begged.

        Ji-Hoon looked up in Yoongi's eyes, he could see the desperation. "I won't tell you who it is but all I can say is tell your cop friend to be careful of who he trusts" Ji-Hoon managed to speak up.

       "Wait what!" Yoongi asked surprised by what he just said.

        "Sorry I can't!" Ji-Hoon shouted as he shoved Yoongi out of the way and ran to pick up his gunabd ran out the alley.

        Yoongi tried to chase after him but Ji-Hoon had already disappeared. Yoongi sighed in frustration and anger.

      "What! Beware?!" Jungkook repeated the words Yoongi told him.

         "Yes but that was all I could get out of him" Yoongi sighed deeply.

         "Does that mean the killer could be something close to you?" Jin asked.

         "I don't know but why would they do this, I'm good with everyone. From what I know I don't have any enemies" Jungkook frustratedly ribbed his face.

            "Ever heard of keep your friends close but your enemy closer" Yoongi pointed out.

           Jungkook just sat on the couch with confusion. Beware of who you trust. Why would anyone close to him be killing people just to get to him? And why would they go after his brother, Jin?

          "Hyung if the killer is close to me then you are not safe here! You must leave the country!" Jungkook said standing up.

         "What! No I'm not leaving you and Jimin with a killer on the lose especially not one who is right under our noses!" Jin protested.

         "Please hyung it's better if you are not here. I can't risk losing you, any of you!" Jungkook begged.

       "He right, it's better if you are in a safe place where the killer can't reach you" said Yoongi to Jin.

       Jin thought for a while and nodded.  "I guess I'll book a flight to America tomorrow. I have a friend in LA that I can stay with. But if anything happens, anything! you call me right away okay?"

       "I understand" Jungkook replied giving Jin a big hug.

       "Go call Jimin from his apartment, tonight I am cooking our last dinner tonight" Jin said to Jungkook.

       "Oh and Yoongi where are the groceries" Jin asked.

      Yoongi looked up with wide open eyes, "Oh f***k!".
