Ch 4 - The Gentleman

Rias is giving herself a day off which includes shopping and eating. Doesn't sound too bad. But what is she shopping for? Rias always has reasons and motives. So what is this case?

Rias grabbed some totes and then did some inventory in the kitchen. Looking around the fridge, pantry, and cabinets to see what the whole place would need for the next couple of days. Then went over to you and handed you a bag. "You will get the meat and the fruit. That will mostly be the heavier groceries. We will make it back, put everything away, and then that's when we will head out to lunch and go shopping."

"More shopping as in clothes or what's going on?"

"Precisely. Maybe I can see a few things. Get to know you better. That sort. I need a man's opinion too."

Man's opinion? "Alright?"

Rias summons a shiny red circle on the ground. "Get in."

"Woah! Yeah hi. What is that?" You called.

"A summoning circle. Helps us teleport using magic. Only my house members could use it. I will get us to a place out of sight and then we come back the same way before heading back out again. Sound good?" She smiled at you.

"Sounds good and actually pretty cool. Yeah."

"Maybe meet a girl or two." She winked.

"Huh?" Asking what that meant.

"You know if you dream of having that nice and pretty girlfriend you should get more comfortable around women. Talk to her and such. And no worries I will make sure that if you are having a nice conversation with one I won't interfere unless she's no good. If anyone asks you're friendzoned."

"Well, that uhhh, sums it all up. I think I've been there."

"Aww don't worry. Like I said before it's beneficial that to have girls on your side. One day you might yell at us when we do you a favor."

"Rias what does that mean?"

She giggled. "You'll see. Let's go."

"Alright. This seems awesome."

*Teleport*

You warp into an empty alleyway. Not like the typical dirty ones in the city. Deserted so no one can see people appear before their very eyes. "Woah. Okay. I didn't feel anything like they do in films. This always happen?"

"Their isn't a jet lag per say. Just adjusting to what's in front of you. Anyways let's grab some stuff for the next couple days. Anything in particular?" She asked.

"Well you said fruit. What kind?"

"The best kind. 'Kay." She winked.

(Now I know their is at least one fruit, vegetable, herb, and spice that one doesn't like or can't stand. Everyone is different. Sorry for this but work with me here. If you want to replace it with anything else by all means go for it.)

"Sounds boring but any sweet apples?"

"Candy?" Pondered Rias.

"No. You ever tried a honeycrisp apple?"

"Don't think so. Fuji similar?"

You shake your head. "Nope. It's something you got to try. Hits the spot. Trust."

"I'll take your word for it. You can manage the heavy bag right? Reassuring? Might be a few pounds."

Scaring me now. "You're making me nervous about a grocery tote. What's going on?"

"Just hold it open mister gentleman." She just smiled once more as you followed her down the marketplace. Grabbing fresh herbs from various stands by size, the finer packaged meats in bulk since their were many living under one roof, fruits just ripe, and more. Even things like freshly crafted noodles. "This is for ramen night. Asia is really good. Nice comfort food during middle of the week." You simply nod with a smile as now both bags are getting heavy. A few crosses off of the list and Rias double checks all items and quantities. "I think we're all set. Let's get back to the house. I'm going to try on some stuff since we are ahead of schedule. After lunch of course. You will see what I'm talking about."

"Alright. Sounds good."

Lunch was over Rias lead you over through the stores. Not clinging to you but trying to see how you behave with her and in public. Man opinion or not this was a way to bond between Master and servant. And just friends. "So how many times have you been shopping with a girl?"

"First time now. I really don't have a clue. Just saying."

Rias sighed. "Well that doesn't help much. Though one step for being girlfriend ready is how you tell her she looks. Don't worry no bathing suits or show of skin."

What a relief. "Phew. Thank God." You feel an invisible sludge hammer hit the top of your head. *Zap* "Ouch my head!"

"In vain or not I wouldn't recommend it. It only lasts for a second but it's by all means the most painful second one can experience."

"Great... thanks Master..." You shake your head and keep moving forward.

"Didn't I say it's a process? Tell you what. I had a few stores in mind and I don't see many pretty girls around. Maybe in the stores. I had a few dress ideas. If a girl asks if you want to go to the mall their are some things you may want to know. I have no idea your type but if it is any girl I hang out and spend time with I have a few pointers and you might need to write down notes. It's all the matter what you say, how you say it, and choices you make. Think you can handle that?"

(I've been asked to do a Rel Romance segment or two for quite a while. Mostly from the gentlemen. Don't worry guys I can hold it down for you. My girlfriend has taught me well the last six and a half years along with others. Next chapter you are welcomed to a special Class Of Rel.)

You puzzled. Thinking about everything in the last day and a half what has gone on. So I haven't even started my school and I'm shopping with a hot girl who owns me? And now advice on how to pick up girls? Well I've always been single and I'm technically moved out. Doesn't sound too bad. "I'm way over my head but let's go for it. Take me to school Lady Rias."

She smirked. "That's a good answer." He means well. Issei was tough. This should be much smoother. Especially since I can't feel the pervert senses.
