"David? When are we going to the beach?"
"Right now Adam!" David answered. We hurried to his mom's car and got in the back. It took ten minutes to get to the beach and once we got there, David and I ran straight to the water.
"Stop splashing!" he giggled. I stopped and he splashed me. "Got you!"
"Very funny."

"Adam, what are you doing?"
"I'm looking at the sky."
"Why?" David asked. I looked at him and shrugged.
"It's cool I guess."
~~~One Month Later~~~
"Is it true?" David sadly questioned. I nodded. "Why?"
"My dad got a new job. Trust me, if I could stay here, I would."
He sighed and looked down.
"I promise that we'll still be friends."
"Really?" he asked as he looked up with joy. "Forever?"
"Forever," I agreed.
