As i walked back in I noticed Melody staring at me "aww rach you guys are so cute" she said. "you were right Mel there was more to it he should have been straight up with me from the beginning but I don't care, I'm too involved now" I said. Me and Mel decided to watch pretty in pink one of my all time favourite movies and a great chick flick. By the time it was done we were both shattered Mel didnt live far away so she walked home after the movie. I went upstairs to realise I had a missed call from Harry I really had to start keeping my phone near me, or people would never be able to get a hold of me. I called him back "hey babe, just calling to check you havent changed your mind" he said I could tell he was only being half serious."of course I haven't , I really like you, you know that" I said. "I really like you too, so you up to much this weekend?" he asked "yeah I'm going to the movies then mels staying over, on Saturday night, why did you have anything in mind?" I asked him "let me take you out Saturday afternoon, don't worry I'll have you back in time to meet your mates, I have some news" he said, "oh the suspense is killing me" I joked. "haha night babe I'll call you saturday morning" "yeah I'll see ya later" I replied as I hung up. I was so happy today I had completely forgot about my little secrets. I was even determined to make an effort with my mum. I waited up for her when she was home I ran downstairs and gave her a big hug and spilled all about Harry being my boyfriend, she was delighted "I'm glad your happy again honey that's all I want to see you smiling again" she said "well I am although I'm still panicking, if anything does happen I'll be dragging him down with me" I said, "look honey nothing will happen its over you need to forget about it all" she said in an effort to reassure me. "is it over though, there's no evidence to say I'm safe anymore" I said "well we will cross that bridge when we come to it, if anything you are the strongest person I know, your brave and independent, you always have been and you always will be" she said. I really needed to hear that. "I'm more worried for the people I love rather than me, but thanks mum youve really put my priorities into perspective" I said. I decided it was time for bed. When I was halfway up the stairs I looked back and said "thanks I love you mum", "love you too babe" she replied. Im glad I had that chat with my mum I was definitely back to my old self again because of it, just as strong as ever. If my ex and his mates have any unfinished business with me I wasn't going to run away I would stay and fight, I had my three best friends and I had Harry at least this time I won't have to go through everything alone, if my fears turn out to be true I was in for a bumpy ride.
