Chapter 34 ~ Perfect

While having breakfast, Shivaay and Anika were shocked hearing Rudra's statement about another surprise for them.
"Don't expect another honeymoon planning from us! Maybe after a while you can get that offer, not now!" Rudra said chuckling while the others laughed. Shivaay just could shoot a glare at his little brother and do nothing else.

"Rudra, when you get married I'm definitely going to tease you like hell!" Anika said when Rudra responded winking at her, "I don't mind if you give surprises like these every week bhabhi!"
"Rudra I thought you were a kid!" Dadi said shocked hearing his statement.
Rudra, embarrassed now "Dadi I'm still a kid! I was talking about the surprise we are giving them now! I don't mind getting a party every week!"

Anika and Shivaay sighed in relief when they understood that the surprise was nothing else but a party.
"Okay listen we are throwing a party this evening for my daughter's success." Pinky announced when Shivaay reacted, "Fhat the wuck! Mom just for Anika? What about your son?"
"I already told my priority na!" Pinky enunciated.

"I think something is burning choti ma! Can you smell around?" Om asked to which everyone nodded in positive except Shivaay and Anika.
Shivaay was really pissed now when Anika spoke, "Ma, billuji worked a lot for this deal. So let's make it a success party for both of us!?"

Shivaay was impressed with this approach of hers to tell the others.
"Aww how good my daughter is! Fine I accept only because my Anu told!" Pinky stated.

That evening, the party mode was already on in the Oberoi mansion. The Chowdharys and the Oberois were all busy receiving guests, checking the arrangements and all.

In ShivIka's room, Shivaay was making up his hair when Anika just came out of the dressing room wearing a beautiful floral -pattern saree.

After twenty minutes of waiting to get ready, Anika got pissed that Shivaay occupied the mirror for so long.
"Billuji are you done with your hair? Why do you take so long to set up your hair?" Anika asked when Shivaay said," Almost done! My hair should be perfect Anika."

"It is perfect only, now can I use the mirror? I need to get ready!" Anika asked impatiently to which Shivaay said,"It's not perfect Anika! I need to apply some more gel to it!" saying he was about to take some gel when Anika just walked to him and made up his hair according to his liking.

Being helpless, he kept staring at her all the while and finally the only word he could utter was "Perfect". Anika sighed in relief when he said that.
"Thank God! Now please, will you leave way for me to get ready?" She asked when he nodded in positive like a kid.

Soon she dried her hair while Shivaay was checking out his files sitting at one corner. All of a sudden he looked to see if Anika was ready and noticed that she was struggling to tie the knot of her blouse. He almost reached out to help her when Gauri entered their room.

"Gauri ,thank God you came! Help me with this!" Anika said sighing in relief.
"Sure di" Gauri said but signed Shivaay to do it and left from there without hearing his reply.

Shivaay helped out Anika but when she felt a touch of his on her back, chills ran down her spine. Immediately she turned behind to see Shivaay and she was very much surprised.

"Where is Gauri!?" Anika questioned when he said,"Err actually she left when you asked her for help."
Soon they shared a cute eyelock when Rudra disturbed them.

"Oh no! I didn't see anything!" Rudra almost shouted closing his eyes with his hands. ShivIka were shocked at this reaction of his.
"Rudra why do you overreact so much! Nothing happened." Shivaay said rolling his eyes.

"Arrey bhaiyya you were eye romancing with bhabhi!" he said when Shivaay exclaimed,"Fhat the wuck!"
"I'm still a kid! So don't spoil me. Just close the door before you guys romance." Rudra said showing his tongue out.

"You should have knocked the door before disturbing us!" Shivaay said shocking himself as well as AniRu after hearing his own statement.
