Chapter 75 ~ In trouble?!

Shivaay accepted the truth this time saying, "Just that I wanted to spend time with you Anika! Both will get busy with our careers very soon."
Just when he completed, Anika realized that in a week she had to leave everyone and go.

"I don't want to go!" Her heart cried while her mind said "Anika you wanted to achieve your goals! Then why are you hesitating to pursue what you want to!?"

Her inner self was still fighting for answers which she badly wanted when Shivaay interrupted her, "Anika? Are you okay?" He asked her to which she nodded back in response.

As they entered the huge building, the staff inside came running for them greeting them. Khanna came along saying "Sir, everything is ready!"
"Thanks Khanna!" He smiled.

Both settled down at the rooftop of the Oberoi hotels in Nariman point, Mumbai viewing the sunset of the beach.
"Beautiful" Anika said as she saw the sun hiding away from them. She slid her hands in his arm and they soon placed their feets in the pool playing randomly with waters.

"Anika I'm happy this way!" Shivaay said when she understood what he meant.
"I'm extremely happier this way than you Shivaay!" Anika spoke genuinely.

They smiled at each other when suddenly Anika pouted, "No I'm not happy!"
"What?!" Shivaay asked back startled at her statement.
"I mean I want to go to the beach!" She said when he said back,"But this is beach Anika! I mean it's so pleasant in here! Just you and me. Our own private space and you can watch out to the beach too!"

"Shivaay do you even know how it would be if you really visit a beach?!" Anika asked narrowing her eyebrows when he said, "Like a fish market with people all around and full of noise pollution!"

"Shivaay that's bad! You can't say that. Wait you know what, you don't really know the essence of a beach then!" Anika said crossing her hands when he spoke, "I'm fine here Anika and we are not going down there!"
"I'm not fine here. I'm going down to the beach." saying, she left him when he ran behind her, almost unable to catch up with her.

More than what Shivaay described, the beach was flooded with people as it was weekend. Shivaay lost his track on her while suddenly he felt a push from behind.
"Fhat the wuck! Can't you see?!" Shivaay almost roared when a cute little boy stood super scared of him.
"I-I'm sorry uncle." he said stuttering a bit and ran away without waiting for an answer.

Shivaay almost went mad when he felt his hand being pulled by someone towards the shore. He was happy when he saw the owner of the hand being Anika.

"Do you still feel it like a fish market Shivaay?" Anika asked as she looked into his bluish grey orbs while they enjoyed the touch of the tires on their feet.
"No." Shivaay answered continuing, "I understood today that even hell would turn into heaven when you are with your loved ones!"
"Beach is no hell Shivaay!" Anika said chuckling when he said, "Yeah I know but the commotion here is."

Very soon they took a corner of the beach which was less populated. Anika starting building a sand castle while Shivaay started "Anika you made me sit on the sand!" He finished complaining with a pout when she pecked his lips to his surprise.

He no more complained when someone else joined these two.
"Come here." Anika said to the same little boy who dashed into Shivaay a while back. The boy did hesitate at first but came to them in minutes signing that he wants to help Anika build a sand castle too.

Anika and the boy were engrossed in their work while Shivaay was busy, admiring his wife.

"Done Saahil!" Anika exclaimed giving a high-five to the boy. Saahil hugged her in happiness when she reciprocated back.
"One minute Didi." saying Saahil ran away returning back with a bunch of red roses.

He gave her a red rose saying, "Didi, this rose is as beautiful as you. Please take it!"
Taking the rose, Anika asked "Saahil thanks but say me one thing, do you sell these flowers?!"
He nodded back in positive when she asked again, "Where do you live?"

"I sleep there." he said pointing farther towards a road.
"Will you come with me? You can go to school and live happily with other kids like you?" Anika asked when he hugged her tightly crying, "Yes didi!"

He hesitated within minutes saying, "But my Piya Didi?"
He continued as Anika understood Piya was his sister, "One day, Piya didi promised me she will come back soon from work but she didn't. From then I sell these flowers to eat. She can back any time know Didi?"

The innocent boy asked Anika when she embraced him into a hug saying, "Saahil if Piya Didi comes I will tell her you are with me. Then she can come and live with us too."
He happily nodded not knowing that his sister would never come back to him again.

Just then Anika got a call from an unknown number.
"Hello... Meera?!" Anika asked when she heard her assistant's voice from the other end.
"Okay I'm coming don't worry." Anika spoke tensed when Shivaay asked, "Anika what happened?!"

"I don't know Shivaay! But Meera told she's in trouble. I have to go!" Anika said continuing further, "Drop Saahil at our organization. I will come back home."
"But Anika..." Shivaay was about to stop her when she said, "Please Shivaay. I have to go!"

"Didi you are not coming with us?!" Saahil asked saddened.
"No Saahil but I promise I will come back soon to meet you." Anika said when Saahil panicked hearing the same promise his sister did to him.

"Saahil pinky promise!" Anika said locking her little finger to his.
"I will wait for you Didi!" he smiled.
