Chapter 27 ~ Shocked and Rocked

Shivaay interrupted her saying, "No you listen to me! Do you think I'm mad to search for you? Do you think..." He couldn't continue further as Anika just smashed his lips with hers.

Shivaay was hell shocked to respond but in few minutes he responded back. Soon they part when both of them realise what they were doing.

After a few minutes of silence and awkwardness, Anika spoke up "Billuji, actually Veer came to me this evening quite sad and depressed And the reason was that today was the day his wife died a year back" she said when Shivaay felt bad for Veer.

"You could have picked up the calls know Anika!? I was quite tensed!" Shivaay asked calming himself down.
"Sorry Shivaay, my phone was in silent mode and I was trying to assuage Veer all the while! He misses his wife very badly." she said apologetically.

Shivaay and Anika then went towards the church to meet Veer but couldn't find him.
"I think he left billuji!" Anika said when Shivaay asked, "Oh! Shall we go to his house and spend some time with him? I feel bad."
"Why not!" She said back smiling widely at him.

As Anika directed Shivaay to Veer's house, she said "By the way billuji, I won the challenge!"
Shivaay acting as though he doesn't remember the challenge said, "What challenge!? I don't remember any."
"Oh really you bad actor!?" Anika asked back frowning.
"I'm not a bad actor!" Shivaay protested when she said, "Yes you are billuji! Your eyes say you remember about the challenge!"
"No not all!" He said not looking at her anymore.

"Okay this time I will really vanish and then you..." She was about to finish her sentence when he spoke up,"Anika! Don't you speak like that! Okay I agree I got scared!"
"Billuji you agreed so quickly?" She asked laughing and continued, "Okay now since I won the challenge, you should agree to whatever I say!"
"This was not a part of our challenge!" He said glowering.

"I'm the winner so you don't have any other choice except to do whatever I say!" She sniggered.
"Okay whatever!" He said rolling his eyes when she squealed back in happiness "Thanks billuji!"

Soon they reach Veer's house when Veer was surprised to see them, "Anika...Shivaay? You guys here?" He asked when Shivaay spoke up, "Veer I'm sorry. Actually I was worried about Anika! That's why I just took her away."
"No problem Shivaay! Come inside." Veer said.

They were speaking for a while when
Shivaay went to the kitchen to drink water. While coming back, he saw a room which was quite different from other rooms. He was about to open the room's door when Veer stopped him.

"Shivaay what are you doing here?" Veer asked in a doubtful tone.

"Actually, this room?!" Shivaay asked pointing to it.
"This was my wife's room Shivaay! All her memories are in this room." he said in a very painful tone when Shivaay consoled him, "Oh, I'm sorry about what happened to your wife!"
"It's okay Shivaay!" Veer spoke back.

They left Veer's house after they help him come out of his wife's thoughts. On their way back, Anika was driving as she wanted to according to the conditions set. Slowly Shivaay dosed off to sleep resting his head on Anika's shoulder unknowingly while she smiled at his innocent face.

While here in India, Om couldn't forget Gauri and their last incident while she couldn't as well.

Arnav and Khushi were in touch though they missed each other very badly. They couldn't understand their feelings for each other, but they knew there was something between them.

Rudra and Saumya became really close to each other. She always helped Rudra in his academics while he performed well in his subjects surprising everyone at college.
