Chapter 17 ~ Sautan

Everyone were really happy about the surprise while these two didn't know how to react. ShivIka were only happy for one reason, they expected the trip will end as soon as they finish their work.
"We are okay with this as we need to stay for a week to finish our work anyway!" Shivaay and Anika said in unison.
"No bhaiyya not one week!" Rudra exclaimed.

They questioned him wondering what their plan was, "Then?"
"We thought you can be relaxed spending some time with bhabhi there. Here you have so much tensions and all and moreover you will always be into Bhabhi's Sautan!" Rudra expatiated and was about to continue when Anika wondered who her 'Sautan' was.

"Sautan?" Anika asked out of curiosity when Rudra answered, "Arrey bhabhi, Bhaiyya's business is your sautan! It won't allow bhaiyya to spend time with anyone. He will always be going behind it!"
He completed explaining Anika when Shivaay shot a glare at his little brother, though he ignored it royally.

Anika started laughing as Business was considered as her Sautan but soon her face turned into a shocked expression as she heard, "So we planned the trip for 20 days!" Rudra exclaimed.
Shivaay and Anika exclaimed back "20?!"

"Rudra, you think we are going for a honeymoon or are we shifting there permanently?" asked Shivaay trying his best not to express his irritation.
"Oh my mata Shivaay! Guys of your age should jump in exuberance because you got so many days to stay! What's wrong with you?" His mother asked when he groaned, "Mom, like 20 long days!"

"Bhai, this is not a problem! I'm sure you will love going with bhabhi to Paris." Om whispered to Shivaay when he questioned back, "Om like really!?"
"It won't be nice if you ask too many questions too!" Om chuckled at his brother.

"Ma, Rudra it's not that we don't want to stay for 20 days but..." Anika said as she held Shivaay's arms shocking him and continued, "But billuji will have some work here. So why should we disturb his schedules? And moreover we will anyway be staying for a week right!" She finished smiling while Shivaay was just staring at her in awe because she handled the situation so well.

"Aww bhabhi! You are so sweet. Don't worry about your billuji, here papa and chote papa will manage." Rudra said.
Anika couldn't say anything more but this time Shivaay spoke up placing his hand over hers. Looking at his family, he said "We don't have a problem!"

"Finally, my bahu and beta will soon give me khanji aankho wala pota and poti! (Cat eyed grandson and granddaughter)" Pinky exclaimed in happiness.
While the others smiled, ShivIka shared a cute eyelock which was broken by Rudra.
"Bhabhi, Come on now pack your bags!" Rudra said out of excitement when she laughed saying, "Rudy we are going tomorrow only right!? Don't worry! I will manage"

Later, Om was passing by ShivIka's room when he heard a voice which he admired the most.
"Her voice? OMG! Bhabhi too loves her voice I guess." he thought to himself.

Here inside Anika was talking to Gauri over the phone in loud speaker.
"Kaun tujhe yun pyaar karega..." Gauri was singing over the phone when Anika interrupted her, "Chutki, there is nothing like pyaar and all okay!"
"Ahaan? It's okay di. You needn't tell me! But can you tell your heart that Shivaay jiju is nothing for you!?" Gauri asked when Om just entered Shivika's room.

"Just now I heard a song and her voice right!? Then how come bhabhi is talking with someone over the phone!" Om thought to himself still wondering when Anika noticed him.

"Om? Some work?" Anika asked when Om spoke, "Actually bhabhi, I..."
But before he could speak any further, Gauri interrupted him, "Hey Om!"
"Hey Gauri!" greeted back Om, happiness glowing in his face which wasn't unnoticed by Anika. Soon they started speaking while Anika left to do her work.
