*Tsar's POV*
Darkness. It was all around me. It was just me and darkness. I found it oddly comforting though. I sighed, before what sounded like a door slamming shut, it's echo lightly bouncing from wall to wall. I stood shakily, and immediately started shivering. I looked down at what I was wearing and shrieked. Where my VERY comfortable and VERY warm pajamas once were, now stood a uncomfortably short pair of concrete gray shorts, followed by a matching plain T-shirt. I was barefooted, and instead of my hair being up, it was everywhere. I stood there pouting for a moment because those were my favorite pjs. I hugged my self before taking cautious steps forward.
"H-hello?" I called out, but to no avail. The only thing that called back was my echos, which sounded to be getting further and quieter, which also meant that this place was freaking huge. I sighed before continuing my never ending journey. I walked forward for a good five minutes before my feet came in contact with some very cold water. I shrieked and attempted to jump back to the dry floor, only to find that there was no longer one. I stood and looked around, eyes squinted, looking for a silhouette of any kind. I stopped when I heard someone walking towards me. I instantly crouched down, looking around frantically for anything, but coming up blank. Suddenly, the dark room was now blazing with torches, which seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. The torches were in a straight line that went all the way ahead, to what looked like a table. I took this time to look around, only to be met by disappointment. The black was still every where. I looked down and saw that the water came no higher than my ankles, but the water was also black, covering my feet completely.
"Come child. We have grown weary awaiting you." A woman's voice snapped me from my daze, and I looked to wear the table was. Surely enough, there looked to be a person up there. But only one. The voice said "we". Who the hell is "we"? I stood rooted to the spot before I finally took a step. In the other direction. Away from "we".
"So you walk away from your destiny then child?" The woman said, surprise evident in her voice. I laughed, but continued walking.
"You expect me to just obey you given the circumstances?" I called out. I needed out. Where the hell am I even?
"So you aren't the least bit curious of what we have to say?" I noticed that the further I got away from the table, the torches went out, one by one. I took it as a good sign and kept walking.
"That's the least of my concerns. What I am curious about is the exit, so if you could just so kindly point it out, that'd be great."
"You cannot run from your destiny, child." The woman said, totally overlooking my question.
"No, I cannot, but what I can do is shape it to my liking. Take this as me doing so." I mumbled angrily. This was really starting to piss me off beyond measures. Before I could take another step, a dark skinned woman appeared before me. Her eyes weren't really eyes. Instead, they looked to be moons, a cloudy grey, with no pupil in them. She wore her hair in braids coming down from the side of her head, one going down the middle. Her black hair came beyond her waist, disappearing into the water. She had an ornament hanging from the braid that went down the middle of her head, resting against her forehead. I took a closer look and noticed that is was a crescent moon. Silk adorned her body, the blue gray complimenting her skin tone greatly. Silver shimmered where her veins where in her body, glowing especially where her heart was. She was beautiful in a haunting way. She put her hand on my shoulder, and the other on my head, and mumbled some words. It felt as if I was falling, and when I looked up, I noticed that we were now directly in-front of the table, which now that I'm closer, wasn't really a table. It was a huge platform, with thirteen huge thrones.
"Did you just teleport us here?" I asked the woman, who just looked at me and put her finger to her lips. Did she just shush me? She walked gracefully back up to the middle throne, her hair dragging behind her. She took her throne and said nothing, just looked at me. It seemed like hours before she spoke again.
"I assume you have many questions." She stated, sitting back in her chair and crossing her legs. I opened my mouth to speak, but she quickly held up a finger.
"They are coming. Late, but coming. Please, get comfortable. I may only answer the basic questions." She nodded her head in my direction and when I turned to look back, there now was a chair, much less grand than theirs of course. I hurriedly sat down, crossing my legs under me to get them out of the freezing water. The woman waited patiently for me to get comfortable before nodding at me to begin.
"Could you happen to make a blanket appear?" I asked, tugging my arms into my shirt. The woman looked at me and smiled, before snapping her finger. Instantly, a thick furry blanket was on my lap. I waisted no time wrapping it around me before mumbling a thanks. She sat silently, before raising an eyebrow.
"Right, so who are you?" I asked hesitantly.
"That is something you will come across yourself." The woman said calmly. I sighed in frustration.
"So what am I to refer to you as?" I asked, crossing my arms.
"You can call me whatever you feel." The woman's eyes never left my face. I took a deep breath. I clearly had anger issues.
"Ok, well then where am I?" I asked the second most basic question.
"You are in a very sacred place, child." Her eyes twinkled with excitement at this question.
"What am I doing in this very sacred place?" I asked, watching as a slight frown crossed her face.
"That all depends on you." She now had a sad smile on her face. I opened my mouth to speak, when she quickly held up her hand, shushing me get again.
"You want answers, and I promise that they will come. Our late guests have arrived." The woman said. I looked around before looking back at the woman.
"You know, if you didn't want to answer my questions, you could've just said so. It's still me and you here." I stared rather annoyed now. People act as if I ask rocket science questions when all I ask is where I am.
"Oh, she's one of us alright." A voice came from behind me. I jumped and turned around to see a a tall dark skinned woman, much similar to the first one, except her hair was as pure as snow. Her eyes were similar to the other ones as well, but instead of grey, they were a wax color. She had piercings and gems adorning her face, and she wore warrior gear. My eyes immediately went to the gorgeous gem encrusted sword she had strapped around her waist. Her arms were littered with scars, again, hauntingly beautiful. It's like these people were a whole different species.
"That she is." The woman said, smiling at the new comer.
"And who are you?" I asked, arms still folded. I don't care how intimidating she looked. I needed answers.
"Brave aren't we?" She smiled down at me, and at that moment, I knew she was dangerous. It was like a fire had ignited in here eyes, making them that much beautiful, and her that much more menacing.
"They call me Cleopatra." She said, giving me a once over before looking at the woman. She then walked past me to her designated throne, which was next to the woman's.
"Where are the others?" The woman asked, still looking at me.
"Utella ćiean knežiac." Cleo muttered under her breath. She had her hand hovering mid air, fire erupting from her hand, her eyes glowing. Soon, a thunderous noise echoed, quickly bouncing from wherever the hell I was. I didn't have time to question what said noise was, because as soon as she closed her flame encased hand, eleven women, all dressed in different warrior gear than Cleo, walked soundlessly by me, each taking a seat in their designated thrones.
Well shit, I wanted one too.
