*Giovoni's POV*
She was out for days. In that time I grew extremely anxious. While she was out, I had my assistants scrap my study that was the only other room on my level floor besides my room. I had a huge bed put in, as well as clothes of all types, making sure she could be comfortable. I had the bathroom stocked with all things women, except for body wash and soap. Instead of feminine smelling ones, she had to use mine. I kind of wanted her to still wear my clothes, but I was hesitant because of earlier events. But while Tsar was in her slumber, she never left my sight. Late in the evening, I had went out to hunt, when I heard Tsar scream. I couldn't get there fast enough. I tore through the room only to see Tsar in the middle of the room. It took my all to refrain from jumping on her. I waited to see if ironically, she was scared of dogs. When I saw she wasn't, I went straight to her. I was enjoying myself with her. This was the side I'm sure she showed behind closed doors, and not in the face of a ruthless killer.
"Well, your owner may be a jerk, but you aren't him, are you boy?" She asked, sounding as if she was talking to an infant or a toddler. I let that one slide because her smile. She looked genuinely happy. "And you're much more handsome than him." She chuckled. At this, I had to fix. I stopped trying to lick her face and glared down at her. I couldn't stop the smile. I shifted right on top of her, my hands on either side of her head, trapping her.*Tsar's POV*
He was breathtaking, in every form and in every way. I found myself lost once again in an endless abyss, but instead of black, it was silver. Those damned eyes. It seemed like they could get me through anything. My breathe was caught in my throat as I took him in. In his naked glory. I found myself starting to smile, until I remembered. He was danger. I frowned before head butting him, causing a slew of curse words to leave his mouth while he rolled off of me, hands on his head. I hurriedly got up, running like a mad man for the wide open door. I had to jack up my- or his too long sweat pants as I took the stairs two by two. I heard him growl, causing my heartbeat to increase ten fold. I squeezed through the massive hole in the front door, before my bare feet touched grass. Why was there a hole in the door? Beats me. Panic coursed through me as I was greeted by nothing but Forrest. There was no sign of civilization. Hell, there wasn't even a damned drive way. I heard Steel eyes thundering down stairs and I cursed before bee lining straight for the trees. I didn't dare turn around, just picked up my pace. I was a couple meters in the woods when I dared to turn around. I didn't see him anywhere. Many people would take this as a good sign. I didn't. It meant that he was either above me or had a visual on me. I looked around and could practically shout when I saw a thick branch. I grabbed it and backed to a tree, alert as ever. I crouched down and held my breath when I heard twigs snapping. A man not as tall as steel eyes emerged from behind a tree as naked as when he came in to the world. What was with these men and no clo- right. Their wolves. His eyes went wide in shock as he saw me, and he offered me a shy smile before coming my way. I instantly raised the branch over my head, to which he responded by putting his palms out in a surrendering motion.
"Hey, whoa whoa whoa, I'm not gonna hurt you." He said speaking hurriedly.
"A naked man in the middle of who knows? Right." I said, starting to back from him, branch still raised.
"Touché." He smirked, slowly lowering his hands.
"I go my way, and you go yours. No one has to get a splinter here." I said, going to the left of him.
"Well, a small splinter or a bullet? I choose splinter." He said, taking huge steps towards me.
"Where the hell did the bullet come from?" I asked, causing him to smile. I didn't have time to hear his answer because I was no longer on the ground. My feet dangled a good five inches from the ground. I turned and cursed as I saw steel eyes with the other end of my branch in one of his hands. His eyes glowed dangerously as he glared at me. I hurriedly let go of the branch and started to run, when a hand snaked around my waist. I was pulled to the very hard and very warm side of steel eyes, who's hand restricted me of making a single move. He threw the branch aside before turning to look at me.
"Tsar, listen to me, and I mean really listen to me. Don't ever run from me again. I can't promise that I will be able to restrain myself. Predators love to chase." His voice was low and raspy. My throat went extremely dry and I couldn't help but take in his absolutely delicious scent. I was still looking at him when he turned to talk to the man from earlier.
"Dereck." Steel eyes said, eyebrows raised. I snapped my head to dereck and couldn't help it. I laughed, leaning into steel eyes for support. Both of the men trained their eyes on me. Dereck's in confusion, Steel eyes in awe.
"What's funny?" Steel eyes finally asked. I took deep breaths trying to regain my composure only to fail. Dereck let out a low growl, causing steel eyes to growl even louder. I stopped laughing as I saw how tense they both were.
"Don't you dare growl at her. Next time I will have your fucking head hanging over my mantle piece." Steel eyes said, arm tightening around my waist. I frowned while trying to ease up the snake like grip, only for him to growl at me and tighten it even more. I gave up and just leaned into him.
"Oh, you can growl at me but he can't? Bullshit." I said, blowing a curl from my face while crossing my arms and looking the other way. Dereck and Steel eyes chuckled. I squinted my eyes at Dereck before laughing myself.
"You can't laugh. Your a character from a teen flick. Dereck." I started laughing again, and watched as Dereck slapped his forehead. Steel eyes started chuckling as well, which surprised me. I looked up at him, eyebrow raised.
"NO. I do have a little sister who just so happens to watch it. She picks on him all the time." Steel eyes quickly said.
"Whatever you say." I said, smiling to myself.
"Dereck, what did you want?" Steel eyes said, bringing matters back to where they were needed.
"Right. The Russians requested a meeting with you alpha." Dereck said, all types of emotion now gone. I looked up at steel eyes to see his eyes darkened, which looked a hell of a lot more menacing than when they glowed.
"And did you ask why?" Steel eyes asked, looking lost in thought.
"Well, they said it was about the Japanese mafia." My eyes were wide in shock.
"Wait, so not only are you a freaking wolf, but your also a mafia?" I asked, looking in between both of them.
"Not a mafia, the mafia. I thought I told you this the day we met love."
"Small things like that tend to slip the mind after almost dying." I mumbled under my breath. How the hell was I supposed to get outta here now? I stifled a yawn as i looked around.
"Tell them I will be in touch. Now if you'll excuse me." Steel eyes snapped me out of my daze as he turned us back towards his house. It seemed like I was getting no where with my escape plans.
