I woke up Expecting crooks in my neck and Back pains, confused when I didn't have either. I sat up on what was supposed to be a couch, but it was a bed instead. I Sat in the bed, smiling to myself like an idiot before grabbing a pair of clothes, folding Giovoni's shirt neatly on the bed, I took a quick shower, brushing my teeth and washing my face as well. I put two hair ties around my wrist before deciding to wear my hair down. I stepped out of the room, a slight shiver crawling down my spine. I looked around for some socks, or a light jacket, frowning when I came up empty handed.
I bet he has a nice warm jacket for us." The voice, who i now know is my wolf, purred. I rolled my eyes, but shrugged, slipping noiselessly out of my room and in his. I looked hesitantly at his bed, sighing in relief when I found it empty. I went straight to his closet, walking down rows of blazers before I came to a black jacket with fur in the middle. I looked around yet again, before sniffing it, my heart going in a Frenzy at the smell of him. I quickly slid the jacket on before starting on the socks. Unsurprisingly, they were in drawers right by his many shoes. Of course, they too were black. Some as Footies, others long. I grabbed a footie pair, eagerly shoving my cold feet into them, but frowning at how bunches up they were. I looked down at myself, stifling a laugh. I had on Giovoni's black jacket, which was a little bigger than his shirts, a pair of skinny leg jeans that were ripped in the knees, and too big socks. I stood to leave, only to stop again and laugh. The minute I stood, the huge sleeves came slinking down my arm, engulfing my hand. I flapped my hands around on my way out of the closet, when I bumped into the wall. I went to turn, when I froze, my body tensing. I backed up, not even bothering to look. It was him. I could tell. But I wanted to look. So look I did. I turned to see a towel cladded Giovoni, who was undoubtedly fresh out of a shower. He had his massive arms crossed, blocking the perfect view of his toned abs, and me frowning. I was snapped Back to reality when he cleared his throat, looking down at me with amusement.
"Ahem yourself mister." I stuck my chin out, crossing my arms as well, much to Giovoni's surprise.
"This is my room, have you no shame." I said, avoiding eye contact. Giovoni laughed before raising an eyebrow.
"Oh really?" He asked, eyebrows raised, taking a step towards me.
"Oh fine you caught me. But in my defense, I'm anemic, I was cold and I couldn't find a jacket or socks in my room. It serves you right." I said, hurrying past him to the door. I heard him chuckle before he whispered lowly, though he knew I could hear him.
"Third times the charm." His husky voice wrapped around my heart as I hurriedly rushed out, bolting down the stairs and straight to the fridge.
"Yuck, forgot he had nothing but veggies in here." I muttered, closing the door, when a male body stood where the refrigerator door once stood. I screamed, hitting the figure square in the face before making a dash for it. I didn't have time to get far, due to Giovoni hurdling down the stairs. He came crashing into the kitchen, fangs bared, looking for the threat. I looked at him in awe, a tinge of fear flowing as well.
"What the hell!" The man exclaimed, standing and holding his very red and very swollen cheek. I grimaced as he looked at me, before turning to Giovoni.
"A little heads up would've been nice." He muttered, glaring Back at me.
"It's not nice to sneak up on a lady you know." I said, crossing my arms.
"I thought you'd have heard me." He said, looking between me and Gio. "Aren't you supposed to have super hearing and shit like that?" He asked, rubbing his cheek.
"I'm sorry, it's just im new to this shit." I said absentmindedly, causing the man to laugh.
"What is it Damian?" Giovoni asked, smirking at me before moving me to the side so that he could get to the fridge. I scrunched my nose up at him before going to sit on the counter, swinging my feet.
"You sure it's safe in front of your little lady friend?" Both Giovoni and I growled, color instantly leaving Damian's face.
"Right, well the shipment came in." He said, bowing his head a little. Giovoni frowned, shutting the refrigerator door.
"I didn't plan for it to come early. Why is it early?" Gio asked rushing up stairs. He came down five seconds later, fully dressed in black jeans, a black jacket, as well as black combat boots. And did he look great. He grabbed a set of keys, before going to stand in front of me.
"Go get groups 2 and 4, tell them no later than five minutes." I looked at him in confusion before I saw Damian give a curt nod and bolting out the door. I looked back at him with eyebrows raised.
"I'll be back in thirty minutes to an hour. I swear if I come back and find you gone, or even here you tried to leave, you will suffer the consequences." He mumbled in my ear, hands going around my neck.
"Not making any promises." I said, smirking at him and going to push past him. He yanked me back into his chest, smirking at me with a look of amusement.
"Then you leave me no choice." Before I could ask what he meant, his eyes glowed viscously. I gasped and took a step back, having all intentions to make a run for it.
"SIT." His voice didn't even sound like his, but the minute the command left his lips, it felt as if gravity had it out for me. There was immense pressure on my chest, my shoulders, knees, I don't even think I could move my pinky toe. I tried fighting said pressure, but all it did was tire me out. I sunk to the floor, growling in frustration. I kneaded in front me me, a smug smirk on his face.
"Good girl." He smiled, reaching out to pet my head, a threatening growl slipping from my lips. "Now Stay." He stood back up, looking at me hesitantly before going to the cabinet and pulling out another jar of crunchy peanut butter and a spoon. He deposited those into my lap before pulling out two bottles of water and setting them besides me.
"Be good mate." He winked at me before rushing out of the house." A couple minutes had passed when I heard car engines starting. My body tensed as I waited for them to fade. When it did sound like they were gone, I tried standing, failing miserably. I grumbled before angrily opening the peanut butter jar.
     I'm gonna kill him.
"Not if I get him first." I snorted at my wolf, who was in shock of being told to sit and stay. "Think we can break this?" I asked, hoping that the answer would be a yes.
"Hell yes. But I can't do it. You have too." I let out a frustrated groan.
"I don't even know how to shift, and you're telling me to break a spell!?"
"I will talk you through it."
"How could he even command me?" I asked furiously.
"Because He is a very powerful and very old Alpha." My eyes went wide at the new information.
     "How old?"
"I don't know his exact age, but I can sense his power. The older the wolf the stronger they are. And mate reeks of power."
"So He is as old as a ghost." I tapped my chin in thought, before deciding to drop it.
"Back to this spell breaking." I said, ready to be up from the floor. The house was eerily silent, as well as the outside area.
"Get comfortable, its gonna take a minute." I scowled. My wolf started sending me images of us teasing Giovoni, and I laughed, agreeing with them. I wish I could see the look on his face when his good girl is a gone girl.
