-Dewey's POV-

Dewey Duck's mother, Della Duck, was a pilot and they were always moving around. She told him that it was because she wanted to show him the world. Dewey had always loved adventure and being unpredictable so he was cool with it. The only thing that bothered him, was school. While his mother was off on some adventure he had to go to school. He just wanted to be out on an adventure with Della... making a name for himself. But this time was different. His mom told him that they would be staying longer than normal.. maybe for forever. So that's when it all started.

It was about a week ago when he had had the great fortune of meeting Huey Duck, Louie McDuck, and Webby Vanderquack. Dewey honestly didn't know what to think of them since they practically threw themselves at him when he first arrived at their school. He knew why they did it too... because he was the new kid. Huey seemed not to like him though and it bothered him. What was that know it all kid's deal anyway. And then Louie, the nephew of Scrooge McDuck! The richest duck in the world! Dewey knew that his mother, Della, had met Scrooge before, even piloted him on some of his adventures... but she never brought Dewey with on those ones. Dewey bet that Scrooge took Louie on adventures. Then there was Webby. Dewey didn't know what to think of her. She was just so out there. But she was the one who welcomed him into the group in the first place.

-Huey's POV-

Huey didn't even know what to do. He kept flipping through the woodchuck guide book. There was nothing! Nothing that could help him! He didn't even know what he was looking for! Of course his friends Webby and Louie were trying to help him out but he couldn't shake the feeling of something being off. The Dewey kid he had met a week before was starting to creep him out. "Look... Huey I think Dewey's alright. He isn't some scary monster. He's practically normal. A little strange but normal." Webby said after a ten minute awkward silence. Huey shook his head slowly.

"No there's something odd about him. Right Louie?" Huey turned his attention to his other friend. Louie just shrugged and continued to tap away at his phone. Huey rolled his eyes and adjusted his hat.

"Maybe we could invite him over." Webby asked quietly and Huey scowled a little bit. "And to make you less grumpy we can go hang out at the park and not in your Uncle Donald's house boat." The two boys nodded and they all grabbed their things. After all, what else could they possibly do on a boring Sunday afternoon.

-Louie's POV-

When they reached the park, Webby and Huey asked Louie to phone Dewey. He rolled his eyes dramatically and called him. It ran a couple times then went to voicemail. "And?" Webby asked impatiently. Huey snickered a little and muttered something about how Dewey probably was ignoring them or something.

"Webs, chill he didn't answer I'll try again." Louie said with a grin. He loved his friends. Even if he didn't show it, he thought they were great. Louie even enjoyed Dewey's company at school and really wished that Huey would give up whatever it was he had against him.

"Hello?" The voice on the other end asked. Louie didn't think Dewey knew who it was.

"Hi this is Louie. From school. Care to join me and Huey and Webby at the park?" Louie asked with a yawn. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Huey roll his eyes, adjust his hat again, and say something about Huey, Webby, and I.

There was a pause on the other end. "Oh hi... uh sure I'll ask my mom. She will probably say yes so... cya there soon." Dewey responded and ended the call.

-Dewey's POV-

He hung up the phone. That was weird. He scurried over to where Della was and asked if he could go. She said yes, of course, with her be careful speech and Dewey dashed over to the front door and was almost outside until he was stopped by the sound of his mothers hurried footsteps.

"Wait, who are you going to meet up with?" She asked. Dewey didn't know why she asked. His mother never had before.

"Louie and Webby from school. Oh and Huey." He said raising an eyebrow. Della sighed.

"Well... just be careful with them. Especially that Louie McDuck." Della replied and waved him goodbye before Dewey shut the door.

Why Louie? Out of his three new friends Louie seemed the most chill. And...wait how did his mom even know him? Dewey shrugged it off, maybe she met him when she was off with Scrooge. Dewey frowned and continued his way to the park without another thought about it.

-Webby's POV-

She saw Dewey first and ran up to him. "Hi!" Webby said gleefully as she led him over to the boys, "What do you want to do?" Dewey looked stunned for a moment before grinning.

"Whatever you guys-" but before he could finish, he met Huey's gaze of what seemed to be hatred before he turned away. It got quiet real quickly.

"How about truth or dareeeeee." Louie said waving his hands around creepily. Webby giggled. She was not very good at this game but she would go anything to make Huey and Dewey get along. Webby really liked Dewey and wanted her other friends to like him too. Plus he was new and needed some friends. "Dew, you up for it?" Louie asked and playfully elbowed him.

"You bet I am!" Dewey said pumping his fist in the air. Webby sighed internally. At least Dewey was super cool about whatever Huey was doing. Louie looked at Huey who only nodded.

"Alright. Truth or dare Dewey?" Louie asked Dewey again, who of course said dare. "I dare you... to... lick the side of the slide!" Dewey grinned, got up, ran over to a slide, pretended to grimace as he licked the side while pretending to also gag, and came back over to the group. Huey just rolled his eyes.

"Easy and by the way, let me just said I nailllllled it!" Dewey exclaimed. This is why Webby liked him. He was just so fearless and didn't back down from a challenge.

But that is where the fun stopped. After a couple more rounds Dewey was up to ask Huey, who picked truth. "Why do you not like me?" Dewey asked quietly. Webby gulped and started to wonder if truth or dare was a good idea.

-Huey's POV-

"Why do you not like me?"

Huey couldn't respond, because to be fair he didn't actually know. He thought long and hard, a couple of minutes passed by. Then it clicked.

"Dewey.... what's your last name?"

"Duck. Why?"

Huey then realized what was up. He shook his head a few times before replying "...my last name is also Duck..."
