-Louie's POV-

His gold alarm clock sounded with its pesky buzzing. Louie grabbed it angrily with a groan and threw it on the floor. He quickly drifted back to sleep, but he instantly had his returning nightmare. It was something that kept him awake some nights, but always disappearing from his memory.

Scrooge walked into Louie's room, noticing that his nephew hadn't gotten up yet. "Oy! What are ya doin'? Yer gonna be late fer school!" (I apologize on my interpretation on Scrooge's voice). Louie groaned even louder, which made Scrooge come into the room. He pulled the green blanket off of him fiercely. "Lad, you must be goin' to school. What'll it take for ye to get outta bed?"

"A snow day..." Louie muffled through his pillow. Scrooge cracked up.

"Hurry up now. I'm going out soon. Say... would ye like to come with? It would be fun!" His uncle said. Louie thought about it. Sure... going on an adventure would be great and all but... he just wanted to go for treasure. Not the danger part, the adventure part, or the exploring part but the treasure. Maybe Webby and Huey could come with. They liked those kind of things. And that Dewey kid, just to be nice.

"Can my friends come with?" Louie asked, turning over to face Scrooge. His uncle seemed to be thinking really hard.

"I see why not. What're they're names?" He finally replied. Louie broke into a grin.

"Webby, Huey Duck, and Dewey Duck." Louie cheered, throwing his arms into the air.

The pale look on Scrooge's face made Louie uncomfortable, but it didn't matter. He didn't have to go to school!

-Dewey's POV-

He didn't remember how fast he ran home or how he got there. All he knew is that he was home now. Yes. Of course Dewey loved adventure. But that wasn't an adventure. Just some bully kid trying to creep him out. Except it had scared him only a tiny bit, so he had slept in his mother's room with her. Della had asked what was wrong, but before he could answer he was out cold.

Nightmares filled his dreams that night. Della had had to wake him up a couple of times. She stroked his colic until he had fallen back asleep. Dewey hadn't normally slept with his mother, not since he was a little duckling, so this frightened her.

Della was already out of bed by the time Dewey had woken up. He looked down at his fancy watch to check the time. It was passed the time he had to be at the bus stop! He jumped quickly out of bed and ran into the kitchen. "Whoa! Someone's in a rush." Della chuckled as he almost ran into her.

"Yea! I'm going to be way late for school!" Dewey said as his stomach grumbled. He looked around for something to eat, grabbed a banana, and sat down at the kitchen table. Della sat next to him.

"Well, todays your lucky day kiddo. Do you want to come with me to the McDuck mansion? Louie's asked. Apparently you two hit it off well. Your allowed to skip school. This one day though, okay?" Della said ruffling his hair. Dewey looked up at his mom to see if she was joking and she wasn't. He leaped into the air, pumping his fist.

"Whoohoo!!"

-Huey's POV-

Huey had gotten up early that morning to look over his investigation board. He was at the end, there was nothing to lead off of. At the center it said Dewey Duck, with a line going to himself. That's basically it. He was humiliated. He was so good at solving mysteries but he just couldn't with this one.

Then his bedroom door opened. Huey scrambled to hide his things before his Uncle Donald could see it all, but he was too slow.

"Huey..... what's all this?" He quacked, kneeling down in front of Huey.

"I wanted to figure it all out. I couldn't find anything. Why don't you care about your other family enough to talk about them?" Huey questioned. He was so disappointed in himself and mad at Donald for not telling him anything.

"I can have Scrooge or Della explain it all to you Huey. Oh! And you're not going to school today. We're going to the McDuck mansion instead. Well, I'm not, but I've arranged for Scrooge's driver to pick you up instead." Uncle Donald replied. Huey lightened up a little. He was going to thee McDuck mansion. Even though he was Louie's uncle, Huey had never been there. They always went to the park or his uncle's house boat. Come to think of it, he didn't even know where Webby lived. "Look at the time, Launchpad should be here any minute. Be safe Huey, and don't dig too much into Dewey Duck. You will be told everything in good time."

-Webby's POV-

As each of the separated triplets arrived, Webby got more and more excited. This had to be either a, an adventure or b, the day when Della and Scrooge told them. She was shaking with anticipation. Everyone looked so excited!

Except for well everyone. Huey looked angry, but not at Dewey today. He kept glaring over at Scrooge, Della, Launchpad, and her grandmother. Maybe Donald had slipped and told him something. Then there was Dewey. He looked shaken up, like he had just gotten out of a fight or something. But he kept on cheerfully smiling, which meant he probably knew they were going on an adventure. Over to the side, Louie was standing, looking down at his phone. There wasn't any excitement or nervousness. Just the slight gleam of jealousy was in his eyes.

-Louie's POV-

Louie was texting Lena on his phone.

Lena: where's webby

Louie: with me were going somewhere

Lena: what? I bet Huey and that other kid is there too

Louie: yep

Lena: wow thanks

Louie: eh

Lena: I bet webby sure is enjoying the blue kids company isn't she :smirk:

Louie: yea? I bet you miss him don't you. I know about it Lena. You definitely have a massive crush on this kid

Lena: ha! And what about you? With webs huh?

Louie shoved his phone into his pocket. He could picture Lena smirking. Well, her opinion didn't matter.

"Alright kids! We're going to the Forest of No Return! Everyone in the airplane!" Scrooge's voice swept through the air. Webby looked eagerly over at Louie who shrugged. As long as there was treasure.

"YESSSS!" Dewey screamed, "that sounds like a challenge! I'm soooo up for it! Let's go let's go!"
