Unexpected love

Chapter 3

It has been three weeks since I caught Raphael with my assistant Brianna. I am still sad, but I made a promise to myself stay away from men for a while and to distract myself. Life goes on and Raphael was a lesson I had to learn.

I am glad my friends and family have been looking out for me. Without anyone's support I would have done something stupid!

Raphael has made several attempts to call me and has left numerous messages. I have also blocked him, but that hasn't work. I have also made sure to let our office staff does not to let him in our company.

I was planning on having lunch with my brothers and father, but it turns out that they had a lunch meeting with Mr. Christopher Hernandez. Apparently I haven't met the old guy, that everyone in the family has been talking about.

I decided to call my best friends Jessica and Gracie to have lunch. Gracie just got back from California and Jessica told her all about my situation with Raphael so she has been in contact with me from California. Turns out the girls agreed on having lunch and decided to eat Chinese food which is my favorite!

"So Lili, we decided to take you out to the club! says Gracie"

"I don't think that's a good idea?"

"Come on girl, we can get drunk and meet some cute guys or even get laid!!"

"I'll go to get distracted, but we can forget your last comment, Jessica."

" I guess we know what Jessica will be doing Friday night! Says Gracie."

Today is Friday and my lovely friends have been planning to take me out to the club. I actually denied at first, but this could help me.

"As I was getting ready I decided just to wear a black dress and flats, but when the girls reached my house they took my flats away and gave me my some heals, added more makeup, and a different dress.

"Lilian, you look so much better! You always dress like your attending a meeting, thank goodness we came here early. Says Jessica"

As we were coming out of my house, Jessica brought her own car and we drove to the club. I had a feeling this wasn't a good idea, but I couldn't turnout on the girls since they were super excited about going to the club tonight.

As we got out of the car and got in the club the girls and I decided to go to a table. Jessica, went to get some drinks to drink. Gracie and I were talking about how a guy was looking at her and she was going to dance with him. When Jessica got back she came with a guy and left the drinks in our table and both friends left to the dance floor and danced with each guy. I was in the table for around 20 minutes when a handsome guy approached me.

"Why such a beautiful woman like you sitting alone?"

"I came with some friends, but there dancing"

"I see, well I guess Tonights is your lucky night because, you'll be enjoying it with me. what's your name?"

"Yeah, I don't think so? Lilian, what's your name?"

"Christopher, but you can call me Chris."

"Nice to meet you Chris. I'm going to the girls restroom, I will be right back.

"Don't worry, I'll take you to the restroom. We wouldn't want your friends to worry about you.

" No, it's fine, I can go by myself."

As I was getting up, Chris grabbed me by my waste and followed me to the girls restroom. When I went in the girls restroom, he made his way to the bar to get some drinks. I was hoping he would leave, but that wasn't working he waited for me and we went back to the table.

"Here a drink for a beautiful lady like you."

"Thanks."

My friends have been dancing with those guys all night and haven't came back, I just looked at them and Chris said "They are in good hands, they are my friends don't worry."

As I was drinking my third drink, I began feeling different. Chris handed me another drink, but I declined.

"Then, lets go dance."

When we went to the dance floor, Chris directly grabbed me my waste.  For some reason I started to feel dizzy and Chris took me outside and everything went black.
