Chapter 23 - Tobi and Harry's first day

A/N I am aware that some of the timing won't make sense but please just go along with it.

Simon's POV:

It has been just over two weeks since the surprise and Josh hasn't stopped thanking me. I've told him that it was no big deal and that I would do literally anything to make him happy.

It was Tobi and Harry's first day which was exciting because we had all been messaging on a group chat and got along very well. But this meant that it was Damian's first day back as well and no one was looking forward to that although we were pretty sure he wouldn't mess with us after what JJ and I did in the cafeteria. Pretty sure.

We all met up at the gates leading into the school. Josh and I were the first to arrive. He was so excited he was pretty much jumping with joy. Then JJ and Vik arrived hand in hand like always. Then Tobi and harry showed up talking to each other and lastly Ethan like usual.

We all walked into school together and we were massively stared at. Whispers of 'who are the two new guys' and 'they're hot' sounded from around us. We just continued walking.

The guys had come at a pretty good time. Today was Monday and prom was Friday. They still had time to get dates. I was going to ask Josh (obviously) but I haven't figured out how yet.

We saw him again at lunch. He just stared at us but then he saw Tobi and Harry.

"What are you two doing here and why are you sitting with these f*ggy losers" he asks smiling.
"We're here because we now live here with our best friend and his friends." Tobi replied
"What you're still friends with him. No wonder you never beat him up like the rest of us. Let me guess you two are f*gs as well"
"No Damian just because we support gay people it doesn't make us gay. However you not supporting gay people does make you ignorant." Harry said and Damian stormed off.

"Now that that is over I have something to do" Josh said as he stood up and climbed onto the table. I just looked over at the other confused whilst they all smiled at me.

"Excuse me, could I please have everyone's attention." He started. "I thought that since the best thing that has ever happened to me happened like this I thought I would try and do it too so" He continued. "I love him. I love you Simon Minter and I don't care who knows. You honestly make me so happy it's unreal." He said just like I did that day in the cafeteria at this point I started crying. "So Simon Minter" he said jumping off the table and in front of me. "Will you go to prom with me" I stood up and hugged him. When we pulled away I said "I would love to" and we kissed as people cheered just like that day in the cafeteria all over again.
