Chapter 6 - Vik's house

Simon's POV:

We arrived at Vik's house after I drove us all there. We were greeted by Vik's mom like always who pulled us into tight huggs whilst saying hello. She stopped when she got to Josh.

"Hello I don't believe we've met before my name is Rose. I'm Vik's mom.
"Hi nice to meet you I'm Josh"
"Josh is new he started yesterday" Vik stated.

"Anyway will you boys be staying for tea!"
Before any of us could answer Vik replied with a yes.
"Okay it will be done in and hour or two"
A chorus of thank yous sounded from the group.

We all went upstairs and into Vik's room. His mom had a very well paying job therefore it was quite large and all five of us could comfortably relax in there.

We played on his PlayStation but obviously there were only 4 controllers. Vik has FIFA but he only bought it for us to play as he doesn't really like it. He sat pretty much on JJ's lap whilst us other 4 played it.

He didn't mind really we always asked him. But he always said nah I don't really care I like watching you guys play anyway you're really good at it.

Josh was really good like my level good. And I'm a god a FIFA (it's a joke I'm not actually that cocky 😂).

After playing a few games we switched the teams up. I had previously been playing with JJ and Josh had been playing with Ethan. It was a pretty fair score in the end.

"I call Josh" I shout wanting to wipe the floor with JJ and Ethan. Ethan winked at me. I just shook my head back at him.
"What that not fair at all we're going to lose so bad" JJ complained
"Exactly it will be so funny" I laughed.

And wipe the floor with them we did. The ending score was 6-0 to us obviously.

JJ's phone began to ring. He had a short conversation with the person on the other end and then hung up.

"Sorry babe but I've got to go Deji's being a dickhead and usual."
"It's fine JJ. My mom just text me that food nearly ready so we can come down with you."

With that we all walked downstairs. When we got to the bottom JJ hugged and kissed Vik goodbye before turning to the door and leaving.

An aww came from behind us. We turned to see Viks mom looking at Vik. You're so cute together. Vik blushes wildly.

We all sat down to each. Vik's mom at the head of the table, Vik next to her and next to Ethan, then me across from Ethan sitting next to Josh who was across from Vik.

Whilst we ate we all talked about stuff. Vik's mom knew about me being gay. So was so accepting. She's helped me a lot. I guess she guessed that I hadn't told josh yet as every time we talk she always asks me if I have a boyfriend yet. But she didn't this time and I was thankful for it.

After eating we all went back upstairs and played some COD. We were all fairly decent at it.

"I'll drive you two home" I said as we started to get ready to leave.
"Cheers" Ethan said
"I really don't want to be a bother" Josh replied.
"You're not being a bother" I assured him
"Okay" he agreed.

I drove Ethan home. I already knew the way from doing it so many times. Josh directed me to his house.

"You can just drop me off here" he said when we friend onto the road he said he lived on.
"Are you sure" I questioned
"Yeah it's fine he said"
"Okay see you tomorrow"

And with that I drove off.
