Oh but I say, you do have lovely skin
Oh I beg, don't play your legs like a violin.
What a pretty smile, what a perfect face
What a healthy body, let it go to waste.
What a loving family, you'll never be alone
Throw it all away with everything you own.
You aren't shit, you already know.
Who said you aren't shit?
You have endless love to show!
You only have yourself, why declare you an enemy?
There's no need for violence, don't waste your energy!
You aren't an instrument, don't beat yourself up.
You aren't a chandelier, don't hang yourself up.
You aren't a boxer, don't let yourself get knocked down.
Your body is a temple, watch those fuckers bow!

Why Don't I Write You A Poem
شِعرI write poetry all the time to an empty audience. I don't expect posting it here to be any different but at least I'm putting my work out there.
