Chapter 23

                       Cries and Tears

I woke up and I did not feel good...my stomach is sore and same with my arm...what happened?
I'm so tired...a-and dizzy
but I'm lying down...in a hospital bed, with a bandage on my arm and stomach

Nurse-"oh! Your awake!?"
Me-"y-ya..what happened?"
Nurse-"well..you entered the hospital and blood was all over your sweater...and we gave you stitches on your arm and your stomach because you were wounded"
Me-"how did I get wounded?"
Nurse-"by the looks of it..you got stabbed with a small knife"

Danny...he did this to me...I knew it...i figured I would end up in the hospital again

Me-"where's Colby?"
Nurse-"who's Colby?"
Me-"Colby Brock...my friend"
Nurse-"oh hun...Colby is the hospital, this hospital.."
Me-"what?! How?"
Nurse-"well, his friend came in with him and said he got stabbed..."

I started to cry

Nurse-"hun you will be ok...would you like to see him?"
Me-"yes! Uh- I mean ya sure"
Nurse-"ok I will take you to him"

The nurse helped me get up off the bed and she walked me to room 201, that's what room he's in...

Sam-"oh my god! Skyler!"

He ran over to me and hugged me tight

Me-"ouch! Sam"
Sam-"oh sorry...I'm just happy that you are ok"
Colby-"what about my hug?"

My eyes started to water...and tears were running down my cheeks...I ran and hugged him tight...I did not care about my stitches at that moment...all I cared about was him being ok

Colby-"I'm so sorry for not being there!"

He said sobbing on my shoulder...my shoulder was covered in tears...I started crying too...I wang Danny to be in jail already so I can live freely, but then I realized...I'm making their lives dangerous...I'm the reason why he was stabbed, I'm the reason why...because...I don't know anymore...

Me-"I'm the reason why you got stabbed Colby"
Colby-"what?! No!"
Me-"I'm making your lives miserable"
Colby-"Skyler look at me...you make my life perfect...you are not making it miserable"
