Leon's POV

"The fucking bastard actually seperated us" Jill cursed as I had awoken to learn that Chris no longer shared our company.

Eight individuals have been divided into two groups of four. In other words Wesker separated us under the ploy of 'we will work faster'. To be honest I thought we were better as a whole.

Why sepearte us? Why did Wesker see it fit to seperate Chris and Jill as Chris was not placed in our 'group'.

In fact, so was Ada and Claire. It took me three hours to get back on track and when I did, none of this surprised me.

For some starnge reason this was to be expected at some point. Sooner or later it was expected that Wesker would see the need for us to separate. This was all expected.

Well all but one thing of course.

Why the hell would he take Chris with him? Why take a man you despise so much for a two day drive?

Why spend that much time with a man you deemed a large pain in the ass? A man who broke every vital mental nerve in your body.

"The fucking prick actually ensured that we were scambled like eggs" Jill continued, her hands slamming against the dash board in aggression.

"You guys don't give my brother the credit he deserves" Alex stated and Jill and I blinked.

Credit? That blond fuck deserved everything distastful as credit was too good for him.

"Hold up...did you just say credit?" Jill asked before I could, Alex tapping the steering wheel with a small smile.

"Yes. I mean you can't say he did a bad thing...people work better without emotions or affection getting I the way" Alex stated and I cocked a brow.

"So you're telling me Wesker separated us because Jill and Chris are married, Jill and Claire share a friendship and simply because Max sees Claire as a mother?" I asked and Alex nodded, amber eyes fixed on the road.

"Precisely" she simply adressed, her face void of any emotions as her voice was well masked.

Again why did this surprise me. She was his sibling afterall.

"I can't believe this" I mumbled and Jill scoffed.

"You forgot to mention the chemistry you shared with Ada" Jill practically hissed. I ignored her.

That was a conversation I didn't need to have. At least not with the issue of me loosing my wife at hand.

"Look if we are to be successful in our aim we need to separate and focus" Alex justified.

While separation had it's benefits the negatives actually out weighed the benefits.

"If we are to be successful in our aim we need to separate and focus" Jill mimicked, arms crossed as tight as possible.

"Of course you'll say and agree to any bullshit that involve your dick head brother. He's trying be all aim orrienated yet he took Claire with him. The woman he could not resist sleeping with" Jill continued, Alex arching a brow as though she found something new.

Well maybe she did. Wesker finding someone attractive was still a huge shocker to me.

"My brother likes a woman?" Alex asked pretty much stunned. In fact she even choked while issuing the question.

"No, he likes men" Jill hissed sacasticly only to receive a flat look from Alex.

"What am I saying...it shows in the way he looks at her" Alex continued and if I could I would have shot them both.
