Tears dropped to the ground as the wind blew freely in the ginger hair. Serenity couldn't completely remember how she got to be landing at the ministry of magic but here she was. The air was cool but still her heart ached for her parents. One was missing and the other in St Mingo's. Fear of being orphaned again filled the girl from time to time. Harry was busy doing stuff that seemed magical but tears slightly blurred Serenity's vision. It wasn't until the shelves around her had started falling that Serenity realised what was happening to her and her friends. The memory of just before she had left, intending t go for a walk not break into the ministry of magic.

"Look Teddy, I just need air and a walk. Time is all. I know it has been a period of time since mum left but I do not care. I miss her. Besides, if I am not back by the morning don't worry with a search party, I will be dead." Theodore hugged her tightly and left a hand on her upper arm. "Don't even joke about it. I need you and would lose everything if you die."

The fighting was occurring and a defence had to be made. Soon though her patience fell and so an attack was forced out. Harry was so busy and so Serenity had to try cover him too. They travelled to a room with a veil in and it caused shivers to run along her entire frame. The memory, or something like that 'I need to pay more attention' Serenity thought, was smashed already and Sirius came running in as well as order members, Remus. Little was known of the order by the student but she had learnt enough. The distraction of the order made her weak and so a spell was cast violently by a Bellatrix.

The surroundings were black but soon light entered a green pair of eyes. The pale skin was paper white and her lips matched. The green eyes were duller than before, her eyelids heavy and her hand rested on a swollen stomach. An ache filled the small body that didn't seem to want to go and nothing would sooth it. That was true until the pale green met her mother and father. The pain vanished and relief washed over her. "Mum, dad." Minerva was openly crying whilst looking broken still from that pink bitch's orders. Albus had swollen red eyes also. Hands were wrapped around hers and it was the warmest thing that Serenity felt.

"Serenity big girl. You can't go. We just got you. Besides, think of Theodore." The older woman was grasping at straws and willing her daughter on but the pale eyelids were drooping for what could be the last time. "I love you two. More than anything. Not because you are the best people ever, which you are, but because you loved me even when I was mean, you loved me when even I could not. Most of all I love you because you are my mum and dad..." the words became lost as the green faded and breath lost. The chest no longer picked itself up. Healers rushed in but it didn't matter. It was over and sure enough the girl was free from any pain.

The hall was filled and soba claimed all of the souls inside. Adults tried to stop tears but only one could keep the tears back but even Severus felt a degree of misery. A small part of him found pride in the smart girl, she had always excelled in his and all other classes. A small box was carried in but it was done by shaking shoulders. Theodore stood at the front to the right of Tommy. At the back were Harry and Ron. The box was light and so easily placed onto the provided surface. There was a degree of disbelief from the parents of the girl as they just expected to see their daughter. They were accustomed to her, the complaints, bumbling and rambling.

The top half of the box was opened and relaxed, pale features met the crowd. "I would like to thank you all for remaining for an extra day to celebrate the life of Serenity Ellis Dumbledore. I am sure she would be so grateful for all of your support..." the talk went on and soon people began walking up to the open casket. Theodore was the last student and his thin lips met her forehead. Tears wet her skin whilst he said his final goodbye. He whispered love to her and more sobs raked through Minerva as she cried into the shoulder of her husband. "My baby girl." Theodore finally spoke then left. The staff followed quickly and then it was only her parents.

"I love you my girl." Her ginger hair was stroked as Albus said his goodbyes and kissed her on the forehead. His eyes didn't gleam like normal but tears caused light to reflect from his sorrowful orbs. His feet soon carried him back as his wife stepped forward.

"It seems unfair that I get to live to such a ripe age and yet you are so little. So smart and witty. A true Ravenclaw and of you I am proud. I love you so much that it hurt when I still had you. No one will ever know how I feel right now, it just hurts. It isn't fair that your forever ended before ours and before yours could even really begin. I love you and you know what? Never will I stop being your mother. If people ever ask if I have a child I will say yes because of you. You are my daughter."

The hall was emptied and soon the box was taken to a grave where Albus and Minerva stood. Once her body was lowered and covered Minerva just watched emotionless at the stone that stood before her. The words stayed with her.
