It didn't take long for Wendy to get accustomed to the flow of St. Helena's.

Still, Johnny insisted he give her a personal tour. Wendy obliged saying that she was "still getting used to the location of everything."

"This is a terrible personal tour." She teased. "We've already been down this hall."

"And how would you know? All these halls look the same." Johnny posed, smirking at the brunette.

"Well that's just because my locker is down there." She pointed. Her eyes caught onto a flier taped up on the wall.

Fall Formal.

"Oh? You guys have dances?"

"Yep. Three times a year. There's the Fall, Winter, and Spring. Don't bother with winning a position at Fall Court, those always go to the Queens."

"Everything always seems to be about them, doesn't it?"

He shrugged, sticking his hands in his pockets. "Mm, I guess. With Lisa as the BIC, things have been rather peaceful. I like the change. Makes us seem normal, you know."

"I think normal is boring."

Johnny looked at her. "Really?"

"A little danger is fun, isn't it?" Wendy snatched the flier off the wall. "I just have to find a date to this."

Johnny smirked, following her down the hall. Wendy turned abruptly.

"Do you have a girlfriend?"

"Wow, that's upfront." He blinked several times. "But no, I don't."

"Then you wouldn't mind going with me, would you? Unless you already promised someone else." Wendy grinned, an image of Joy flashing temporarily in her mind.

Johnny winked at her, nudging her shoulder.

"I would prefer calling it a date. You've got a deal Wendy."

"Well, maybe that's one way to look at it." Yoongi sighed. "But I will always prefer chocolate ice cream to anything else."

Taehyung groaned, giving up. "Could I get a root beer float?"

"Dude, it's like already chilly out. How could you possibly order a root beer float?"

"I do the unexpected." He mumbled, glancing at his phone expectantly for a notification.

"But, uh...how are things going?"

"Alright, I guess. Senior year is really kicking my ass though, can I just say."

"I know right." Taehyung groaned again. "This year just seems so weird, you know? I just see all these people talking about getting dates to the Fall Formal and well..." He let out a bittersweet chuckle.

"Just thinking of that dance makes me want to throw up."

"I know." Yoongi agreed. "You're still going though, aren't you?"

"Yeah. I stay around for the after party. Not to mention, Lisa always brings in the best drinks."

"Yeah, I don't know where she goes or what she buys, but—"

"It tastes good." Taehyung smirked. "Did you hear about the new cop in town?"

Yoongi cringed. "Yeah, it feels weird without Officer Yezi. She was just, always there."

"Do you think she would've figured out Sana was the one who killed her?"

"Well she killed her," He joked. "so I don't know. But I think she suspected Tzuyu of Aeja's."

"God, why is still Aeja still relevant to our life? It's been almost a year."

"If we could put it past us, we would Taehyung. But you know we can't."

"Not yet at least." Yoongi muttered the last part to himself. Because he himself wasn't convinced about this so-called "happy ending" they currently held in their hands.
